new in town. from california as a matter of fact so i had to try this shop out! very pleased. lei was fantastic. my nails came out just how i like them. she was very friendly & gave me a nice massage at the end. will be back again soon.

The first time I got a shellac here it was so great I decided to come back for another and a pedi. Bad decision. The polish as stated was extremely lumpy. My pedicure looked like a 5th grader did it (no offense to 5th graders) the nails were all uneven one big toe round one square. Polish all over. Even after I went home and scrubbed the polish was everywhere. Came back and they had an attitude when I asked them to fix it. Avoid Kathy she did my nails and toes this time. Look at the pictures!

The nail tech I had was rough on my fingers!! I had my nails done here and the lady filing my nails rubbed my skin raw on one side of the nail. Literally my finger was bleeding from her filing so hard. I told her it hurt and she just looked at me with a blank stare.. I won't be back..

I got a full set of shellac they are super thin, the sizing doesn't match up, they didn't file them correctly, there's weird bumps and flat spots I've had them a week and they're already coming up in the back (they normally last at the very least 2 weeks normally 3) when I left I had blue flakes all over my fingers looked like I had blue super glue all over meWent there to have a little girls day with my daughter while they were doing my nails she told me about 5 times it was going to be $65 for my daughter and my nails like they didn't think I could pay or somethingfor some reason it won't let me post any photos

I give a 2/10. I've been here a few times but the most recent time I ,went I did not enjoy it . They are overpriced and charged a lot and they weren't very helpful and friendly to my friend and I. Didn't do a proper job for what they charged.

Update: This review is changing due to the SEVERAL visits I have had since my first one. The staff is still nice and the place is clean but the prices seem higher and the experience has gone WAY WAY down. I know I could just be unlucky but when my lady was doing anything I could barely feel it. The massage was lighter than someone just putting on lotion. It was terrible. This has happened before as well. Not to mention so short. The quality of the work, however, was not bad. This is important, but when you pay $40+ for a pedicure ALL of it needs to be good. Otherwise just get a polish change.This past time, staff members were sitting in empty chairs watching on their iPads with the volume up so loud. It changed the mood. Honestly, I will look for another place. I'm disappointed as nothing has been as good as the first visit.

Got a pedicure and the staff was super friendly. The lady that helped me did a nice job and the cost was ONLY $25. Definitely will be going back.

Loved the way my nails were done! The facility was great and everyone was nice to me. I feel like people come in with a pre-set judgement about the place due to the reviews online. I went in with a smile and got a perfect set done. I am impressed. It was very obvious that she spent a lot of time and effort and it paid off!!

well I went in asked for acrylics with polish , the lady said $25 she went in rough and applied the nails , eventually she started cutting and didn't ask anything abt what I wanted so I got polish on and everything she's conversing with her co-worker laughing and that kinda irritated me but what really irritated me was it looks like a 5th grader painted my nails and the size is really short

Horrible! Don't recomend. They have thoroughly ruined my nails-polish dryier literally BURNED the top coat off my nails, the shelack is NOT staying on on day 3-it's stripping layers of my finger nails off. THIS IS PAINFUL. By far my worst experience. I can't get my money back; they offer to "fix" but I don't want them to touch me again. Not even a 1 Star!
