"My boyfriend and I needed a last minute ride to the Tulsa airport but there were 0 Ubers, 0 Lyfts, and other taxi services were charging 160$. Travis quoted us an extremely fair 80$ and showed up within 10 minutes. He helped us with our luggage, then made nice casual convo for a bit before putting on some music and letting us relax for the ~45 min drive. Wonderful service and prices, and so efficient. "The only reason I am rating this 2 stars is because I've had two drivers that are worth using this cab service for. One driver is wonderful, always tries to get you from point A to point B as quick as he can while abiding by the street laws, customer service is absolutely wonderful from him. The second one is right in the middle, customer service has been alright, speed is also alright, not much to say, communication could be better.The last one is bottom of the barrel and I'm amazed that he even has this job still. He has no sense of direction, priority, communication, speed, basically anything that makes you worth it in the sense of being a cab driver. The amount of stars I will give is solely based on whether or not he loses his job or just shapes up in general cause this is fucking ridiculous. When he's driving we have no idea how long it's going to take him to get here or how long it's going to take us to get to our destination either because he genuinely what the queue is going to look like. I hope it changes because 2/3 drivers are genuinely wonderful cab drivers and their image is being negatively impacted heavily due to this one driver."

"I used ABC taxi service a month ago to take me to the airport for a 6am flight. I booked the taxi the evening before for a 4 am pickup. The taxi arrived 30 minutes late. The drivers excuse was he programmed the GPS wrong and went the opposite direction. He did not assist me with my luggage when getting into or out of the cab. The only thing he did was drive slow. After arriving late, to increase the fare. On my return used ABC to take me home. The driver was courteous and the cab was clean. But the fare was higher and the same route was followed both times. Go figure. The quality of taxi service here in wichita is iffy at best. I've used the other two companies and have received less than admirable service with them also. 50% of the time ABC taxis are filthy The drivers rent the cabs I guess they need to clean them which some don't on a regular basis. Anyway I guess it is ABC or Uber May have to try Uber the next time I need a taxi service"

"We had a hard time reaching out to cabs, my son had lost all faith in cabs in Iowa , I was desperate to find a cab service here, my son is autistic, and he wants things done, we love cross cab company, their drivers are very friendly and awesome , they restored my sons faith in cabs because in Iowa they were always late, my son used a cab , he got off of work at 4:00 and sometimes he would wait until 6:00 pm to go pick him up, that's why I give them a 5, maybe 5 more cause my son said he liked them too?"

"My son in law called for a ride and politely called back to cancel and the guy was awful to him and then messaged from his private number and said don't ever call me again. He was mad the ride was canceled. The number he messaged from was 785-639-6745. This guy also hung up on my daughter the day before when she asked if he had anything for a certain time. He is a total jerk."

You would be better to crawl on your destination through broken glass than to use this company.I wouldn't waste the time on them to even write a review except they've managed to piss me off so much I can't NOT do it at this point."
