"My first and likely last visit to this store. I needed help. I could not find any available staff to assist me. Employees whom I did see were all busy and looked to be high school age.After finding what I hoped was the correct aquarium tank, heat lamp, and bulb I went to check out. The clerk helpfully pointed out that there was a crack in my aquarium glass. The problem was out of the five small aquariums in stock, four were cracked. The clerk asked me where the aquariums were in the store.One area in the store was very messy. I was confused if that was an area for retail or for inventory storing. It was extremely confusing. It seemed to be an area for retail, but it was quite disorganized.My impression from my visit to this Petland store was that it is understaffed, poorly organized, and no one is paying attention to see if the items being stocked on the shelf are a good quality or damaged. In comparison to other pet stores in Wichita, this was quite inferior."

"The store is big. It includes a selection of animals including rabbits, hamsters, guinea pig and others including fish and most products needed to maintain these animals. The prices can be high on some items. The health of their corals can vary quite a bit."
