This is a remodel we learned of this year - it is fabulous! Exceptional use of space , table & chairs, reclining chairs, spoiling bath, keurig, microwave, refrigerator, mugs, wine glasses etc. lots of small touches with battery pillar candles, plenty of outlets. Even watched the Chiefs game Sunday night and then visited the hot tub! We had the pool & hot tub to ourselves ... very romantic.So glad I added the romance package ... we had to plan nothing exactly what we needed!!!! You can tell we LOVED it. Small touches everywhere... even fresh cookies for our drive home."

"I desperately needed a massage from old age and stresses of wife. I mean life. autocorrect. I wrapped up work way early and decided to find a spot to hang out. I needed a place with free wifi and someone to work out the knots in my back. Not only was Beau Monde able to accommodate me today, but I happened to book my appointment during "off peak hours" and received a substantial discount! I got there 1.5 hours early. Sierra greeted me with a pearly white smile and showed me the facility. It was very zen; clean everything and spa-y music. She showed me the Men's locker, which to be honest, was small, but it was all mine. I took and shower and took advantage of the the minty body wash and shampoo! I could tell this place was more catered to women, since it smelled really nice and I was the only male in the building. I dumb ass self sat in the men's locker bench the whole 1.5 hours thinking it was the "lounge". I was sorely disappointed when my masseuse, Dawn, came to get me and walked me pass the actual lounge with sofas and magazines. That's how nice the lockers are. Dawn is a fantastic masseuse. She might be petite, but she is super strong with freakishly soft hands. Very, very professional too. I dozed off 3-4 times, but only woke up because I snored too loud. I was a little embarrassed, but there was no snickering or jeering. After the massage, Dawn let me know to take my time and come out when I was ready. I rolled off of the table, got dress, and was greeted by Dawn was a big smile and an ice cold glass of cucumber water. My only request is to have a couple large bath towels in the actual shower area. I had to make a mad dash from the shower to locker area to grab a towel. Thankfully, no one was around. Overall, if I lived in Wichita, I would definitely make this my go-to massage joint. Clean facility, friendly/professional staff, and reasonably priced. My 1-hour deep tissue massage came out to be 100 w/ tax & tip."
"The massage at amazing massage was amazing. I have been dealing with an annoying pain in my neck for 3 months. I have been going to the chiropractor twice a week for the last three months and it would give me temporary relief. I am from the Chicago area and found this massage on yelp. It was close to where I was staying, so I tried it. Amy, the massage therapist took her time and asked me what pains I had. She took her time and told me that I would be sore for 2 to 3 days after the massage. Again, she knew what she was talking about. I was sore, but my neck pain was subsiding. I went for a second massage and my neck pain is about 95% gone. In my opinion, she is very knowledgeable, and knows how to deal with the pains that you're dealing with."

Emily did an OUTSTANDING job in alleviating pain that I was experiencing in my neck, upper back, and shoulder from a pinched nerve. I described the pain, and she quickly found the knots in my upper back. I would definitely recommend Emily, and Health & Healing Bodyworks. The entire experience was relaxing.

I've tried a few salons around Wichita and they have always been just okay, but at SpaRenity I knew it was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Excellent customer service that really cares about their customers and they want to make sure that you are comfortable and enjoying your services. Katie did amazing and I will now be a regular customer. She did an amazing job with my dip manicure. Very attentive to detail. I called ahead and they had me in a chair in no time. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Are you tired and in need of some R&R? This place is just what the doctor ordered. A short drive south of Kansas City makes this the perfect getaway! We stayed in the Big Sky room which was perfect! They anticipated my every need. There was bug spray for walks in the woods, umbrellas if it rained, bath salts for the soaker tub, microwave with popcorn if you want to watch a movie in the comfy recliners, a refrigerator stocked with soda and a Keurig with a variety of coffees. Also if you don't like coffee, there is a very nice selection of teas. A filtered water dispensing machine, heated floors in bathroom, fireplace, nice large towels for the pool and s'more's kit. I highly recommend the Romance package. The couples massage was the BEST I ever had !(thank you Jose) We enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries and used the champagne for morning mimosas. The picnic lunch was just the cutest and very filling. We did a little fishing on one of the ponds and enjoyed the Sauna, hot tub and swimming pool which is at the perfect temperature!! We built a fire in the fire pit( everything needed was provided) and enjoyed toasting our s'mores. Oh and the icing on the cake.....the resident fur babies! 2 dogs ( Coco & Pepper) and 3 cats( Biscuit, Muffin & Oscar) ALL super friendly. The staff was amazing from Caleb's smiling face at check in, to the friendly kitchen cooks and yard maintenance workers. Everyone of them checking to make sure you are enjoying your stay and inquiring if you need anything!!! They truly add to the experience. Oh and I forgot to mention the beautiful flowers and amazing sunsets! Cedar Crest Lodge exceeded my expectations!!! Even the rain could not dampen our stay. We left relaxed and refreshed.

I enjoy stopping by this place to check out what going on ever so often. I can appreciate their techniques and concept but the last two times I got my eyebrows done here they didn't do such a good job, but it was the same lady they gave me each time. I don't like the hard wax they have used in the past.

"Walked in with no appointment on a Saturday. It was pretty busy but I was quickly greeted and instructed to pick a color out. I did a gel manicure and only had to wait around 5-10 minutes to get started. The chairs were a little uncomfortable as my back was slouched but I was allowed to grab a pillow from their sofa when I asked. The color was pretty, the service was great, how ever I do wish my hand massage was a little longer but I think my nails needed so much coats that time was spent more on that which is ok. "Was in town visiting and found this place here on Yelp. Really had the best service I've had at a nail salon in a long time! She really took her time with getting my cuticles and nails cleaned up before she started painting. My nails were in pretty rough shape, I had previously gotten acrylics done somewhere else and had done a very poor job of removing them myself. She cleaned them up very nice, and when she was painting them, she took care to make sure she cleaned up so there was no paint or topcoat on my skin. I hate it when I get out to the car after getting my nails done and have to pick that off my skin! Very thankful I don't have to this time. Was very polite and friendly the entire time as well. I wish they were located in the city I live in!"
