"I've got an old HVAC unit, and had them come out and service it. Old as it was, I was worried it was on it's way out, especially since it wasn't cooling the house like it had. The man came out and cleaned things out. He knew what he needed to take apart, and what not to take apart. He basically communicated that he could really tear into it and "service it" but he felt that given the age of the unit, that some of the serviceable parts would be better left alone. He only charged me half of the service call and left me with a much better working unit.When he left, it worked great for the rest of the summer, and is doing what it needs to for the coming cooler weather as well. When the old unit finally gives out someday, I will probably be giving Even-Temp my first call...."
