"This place is awesome. The history of this slider hamburger spot is awesome. Every time I am in Salina, I go by and get a bag of the little burgers. The people are always kind. Love it."
"Honestly for me they have the best burgers in town. I van live without everything else if they keep the burgers and never change them."
"If you want a classic burger with amazing quality and a good bang for your buck then go here!"
"It's, shabby, run down and divey, ( a good thing in my book!) which is why I like the place so much! That's not saying anything bad about the food, because the food is carefully crafted by generous women who are friendly and eager to please. It's a cozy place on the inside. Not every place has to look brand spanking new for me to know if it's an old location, the food is great, which kept the place open so long! I'm in!Forget the outside, the inside is well kept. I really like the pictures on the walls. Enough about the architecture. Let's eat! Pay attention to the weekly specials. Worth every bite! Look for coupons in the back of the phone book. When you get your food, stop at the little sauce area. Hook up to a variety of sauces and even sliced jalapeños to add to your food.Water is readily available with the "good" ice. We asked and were immediately handed a cup with a W on it. I drink a lot of water, so I appreciate that!Be sure to put in a good word by using the comment card on the table. We'll be back!"
"Crispy and Co has mouthwatering food offerings, ranging from Korean fried chicken to other savory options like onion rings, fried dumplings (with a delectable soy garlic sauce) , fries and tater tots. I first visited in November when they were newly opened, and I immediately became obsessed with this place! I wanted to try a little bit of everything so I settled on the guilty pleasure. The guilty please has a base of golden fries, and is topped with chopped up fried chicken tenders, thinly sliced onions, special sauce and sweet chili. I can honestly say I have never had anything like it before! The combination of all the flavors will leave you wanting more after each bite! This place has become a mandatory stop during my visits to Topeka in the last few months. I can totally see them opening up a second location near the downtown area. I have tasked myself with continually exploring the menu, and I have not been disappointed once! Service is always fast and I've never waited longer than 15 minutes for food. There's a small seating area, and it's limited during the busier times of day."
"Send a private message to Robert B.:Subject:Mexican TacosMessage:It was a good week for Meixcan food, because I went down to Mexican Tacos, too. Spoiler alert: good carne asada, good al pastor, GREAT barbacoa, and a couple of really great salsas, too. Thanks for the suggestion.Send(P.S. There was a chubby baby in a car seat sleeping peacefully on one of the tables. As far as I could tell, I was the only customer in the place.)"
"I haven't had Spangles in years. What a treat!! We recently moved to Lee's Summit from Las Vegas. We drove down to visit our friends in Galva, KS. On the way, we stopped @ Spangles. It was amazing, as I remember! The sourdough sandwhiches have a little less butter these days, but that's okay. The turkey sandwich is hard to beat. Also the mushroom and Swiss steak burger is outstanding! Their fries are the best in the world of fast food and always have been. It was so good we stopped there again on the way home. Delish! The Steven family has had an excellent tradition since 1978!"
"Southeast Carryout is a great spot to snag a burger and fries. Excellent customer service. Very affordable food. A great spot for a quick bite. Try the chili cheese fries on an extra hungry day you won't be disappointed."

Had a chance to sit at the counter inside and chat with the team during a slower weekday lunch service. The burgers are a tiny bit drier than what you might be used to with White Castle but right on flavor-wise. If you're not sure, order 4 first. 6 was really filling for me.

Love this place. Grew up in Topeka with the pad from a small building to what it is today. Live out of town now, but whenever I am in town. This is my to go place for the curly fries. Thanks for the memories.

I've been eating here since the day they opened back in the late 70's and I was a about 18... The recipes have never changed... I have to get my "Rio fix" AT LEAST ONCE every time I come home to visit Wichita. If you are looking for barbacoa, lingua or carnitas tacos just keep driving on down the road. This ain't the taco dive for you!If you want some damn fine sancho's, taco's and plates from "back in the day", this is it! Kinda reminds you of how Taco Tico USED TO BE back then... But I always liked Rio a little better... ; )And the ladies who work here during the day are so pleasant! LOVE Taco Rio!

- Decent place though small and kind of dirty. We had to wipe off the table ourselves before sitting down because it was sticky.- I liked their salsa stand. Offered mild, medium and HOT (I shed a tear)- The person behind the counter was very nice and cheerful- Price was reasonable and the tacos were HUGE. I couldn't even finish.- Bathroom didn't have a mirror and was dirty- The tacos were good. Everything was flavorful. They shouldn't have covered the tacos with so much chopped onions though. It was difficult for us to tell which tacos were which. I'll be back though!

This was a stop off the highway on the way to Kansas City... We were pleased! Got our food Togo and it was speedy Service!! Only issue we had was while traveling...The need for napkins was Warrented. BBQ western burger was super saucy ...I know it was to have sauce however ours may have been excessive. Needless to say we did have a pleasant experience and will return when we come through again and need a snack. Those fries were so good!!!!

"Plan on pulling up in the drive thru window even though there is no car behind you, this is a sells tat-tic you get a coupon very annoying I hate going thru there drive thru because of this!!. I miss the Foster farm corn dogs!! Little pricey good fries & drinks but their hamburger meat has pieces of bone like substance in it I do not recommend their burgers."
"This is the type of place that as a kid you loved to go to with coins in hand and get a treat such as candy, soda pop or ice cream! To top that, you could even get a burger, fries or some delicious fried goodies! This is that place!Miller's is a small walk up window Drive-In where you place your order, step aside and they will wave at you when your order is ready if you are getting something that needs cooking. You can get burgers, fries, hot dogs, chicken and there is a long list of delectable fried goodies! Green beans, mushrooms, okra, cauliflower, onion rings, macaroni & cheese, corn nuggets, pickle spears ( I don't like fried spears, chips are better in my opinion!)... and more! The front window is filled with a huge variety of different candy. They have soft serve ice cream, chocolate & vanilla. There are a couple of picnic tables out back, a few benches & another picnic table out front. There is a small lot to park in on the side and lots of street parking."
"The selection here is great considering the size of the town in which it's located. There are a good assortment of vegetarian options, as well as numerous "ethnic" food options. The prices, however, are higher than those of larger towns in the area. What can be bought at the Junction City Walmart is usually between $.75 and $1.50 higher at Country Mart--unless you purchase their Always Save brand products. That having been said, the quality of service is excellent, and the people who work at Country Mart are kind and genuine."
"Food's okay, they're doing the best they can, I'm sure, but ffs, this isn't quick. Customer service ranges from mild disability to casual indifference not unlike French culture. If you're on I-70, just go to the one in Salina or JC."
"david c. everybody take notice to the fact that his proof of payment shows as pending lmao and cash app, really bruh?! id ask if you're 12 but i already know you a whole a55 adult and a pathetic one at that! its pieces of like you thats wrong with this world! i truly hope that you cant procreate ya pathetic loser!"
"I live downtown so this is my go to subway. I love the pizza sub and turkey bacon. I usually go through the drive through with touch kiosk. Its easy to use but the last few times the screen was really hard to see. I don't know if it just needs wiped down really good (all the finger prints from people touching) or if there's a setting to make it darker. I'm really familiar with the kiosk ordering process but for someone who isn't not being able to see the screen properly would be frustrating."
"The food is fresh and cooked properly. What I don't get is why are they so cheap? In a time when every big chain raises prices to make the ceo richer so he can get a bigger mansion. Luckily they have awesome prices. Everything Ive tried from them so far has been great. Another plus for me is they opened right next to my house within walking distance. The ppl are also very friendly and helpful. But just try them out, you'll love them and wonder why they are so cheap."
"Nick and Co. have been flying under the radar for the last couple years and it's about time they get the recognition they deserve. After buying the infamous Trapper's several years ago, they've been trying to make a new name for themselves. Although they're now named Trapper Joe's, they do share some of the same similarities. Still great chicken fries as well as some new favorites. Sriracha burger is a personal favorite of mine as I am a huge fan of hot foods. Also their desserts are a nice compliment to the evening's meal, especially the brownie w/ ice-cream! Hats off to the Jensen family for moving to a small town and rolling the dice on the restaurant game"
"I must have had a very different experience at this Subway because my service was excellent and very efficient. I have four kids plus my husband and I so we had six different sandwiches plus drinks and chips. I felt the service today was great. The Subway sits inside the gas station so naturally it's going to be busy. Our food was fresh and order was correct. I like that it's right off I-70 and the place was clean with clean bathrooms."
"The food was very good. Once we got it. What should have been a quick stop on 04/18/24 turned into an almost hour lunch. Two employees is not enough for the lunch hour rush, with online orders taking a big preference. We should have left like many others did, but we stuck it out. Both employees quite slow, although they were overwhelmed with orders. One was distracted by customer conversations going on that he inserted himself into, and my guess was the other employee was fairly new. We love Subway, but this is the second time here with super slow service, so we will drive on down the road to either Salina to the northeast or Great Bend to the southwest."
"Fast friendly staff. Great salads and sandwiches for a quick lunch or supper on busy nights."
