"Very cool dinner, from the variety of food choices, great oldies playing to the waitress attire. They are very polite and friendly. Prices was good as well."
"Hubby and I stopped in on the way to the airport. Found this place on my trusty Yelp app. We generally like to try Mom and Pop locations for breakfast as we have usually found they provide the best be breakfast. Well Banjos Cafe is another hot spot to add to our list. When you pull up to this lil place it is off the beaten road. But don't let the location fool you. They are serving up some good breakfast food. I had the veggie omelette with hash browns and pancakes, hubby had the Corny with grits and pancakes. We both enjoyed our breakfast. Omelette well made and full of veggies, hash browns cooked just right and not over cooked or burnt, hubby said his grits had a really good taste to them. Definitely will add this place to my collections."
"Breakfast stop gteat menu many options for a great breakfast would recommend this restaurant toAnyone food Great service good Have a great hunch or dinner also and pies very good"
"Came to Stillwater for game day. On the way home, was on the look-out for a local breakfast place. Saw this diner packed with cars around 10 am on a Saturday & had to stop. Fluffy scrambled eggs, hash browns cooked perfectly, homemade biscuits & bacon that I wish was more crispy. If you have a big group, you'll have to divide as the largest table is a 4 top booth. But you'll feel like you're sitting next to them -it's cramped inside and feels like you're in a train car. I did notice a malodorous smell as well as some degree of uncleanliness (water stains on the ceiling), hence the 3 stars. Open 24 hours."

The best place for a hearty big breakfast. The interior has stayed true to the diner theme (complete with a juke box and diner chairs) and the food is incredible. I always get the chicken fried steak but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

I've ate here a couple times now and both times the food was good. Service was great the first time and the second time wasn't the best. Although the last time my mom and I got there about 1:00 PM and they close at 2:00PM, so by the time we got our meal we felt like we were being rushed to get out of there. Just the vibes we got from our waitress. The first time I ordered pancakes, sausage, and eggs. Everything tasted great. Coffee was nice and hot, which the waitress kept it full too. I was there before the lunch crowd arrived. Although breakfast is served all day long.Second time was my mom and I eating there, which we decided to just split a meal. We ordered an omelet, fruit, and pancakes. All of the food was great except the fruit, but it's out of season. Fruit was only one option to choose from, so other choices are available. Service could be improved. It might be because it was towards closing and she just wanted to call it day? I still thought even splitting a meal that $20.00 was a bit pricy for no more then we got and $18.00 for when I ate by myself was pricy too, but inflation is horrible. The restaurant is clean. I went to the bathroom and the signs hanging up in there gave me a chuckle. I will say the restaurant is spread out with a lot of room for seating. If you are looking for some good down home cooking, this is the place. Be prepared because during lunch this place is extremely busy!

I came yesterday on a Sunday morning. Food was decent but the toast was burnt. The waitress seemed nice at first but act irritated because it got super busy. When we're ready to leave, our waitress only asked my friend if she needed a box when I'm clearly needing one too! It was uncomfortable because it just seemed like she's ignoring me. Hopefully the service gets better even when it's busy!

If you want comfort food, this is one of my favorites. Definitely not a place to go if you are wanting to eat healthy. I've never gotten anything but the chicken fried steak here which my friends and I nicked named "the frisbee" because of its size. I used to go there in college 30ish years ago and went again recently. Nothing has changed. I mean, literally nothing. Same booths, light fixtures, counter. Still good.

Hamburgers are delicious. Hometown diner feel and service is friendly. Try to go when I'm in town.

After reading the reviews of this place. I had to come. My son and I were driving through to a College visit to Kansas Wesleyan. My son has not experienced an old fashioned cafe like this. I grewWith one where I grew up. Pancakes were on point. My son loved the eggs and the bacon. They were both cooked just right. Definitely a place to search out and come to while passing through this area of Kansas.

This is an awesome little diner in the heart of Downtown Peabody. My husband had The Garbage, with gravy, and it was a generous portion and quite delicious. I opted for the biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage. The gravy was tasty and a nice consistency. The sausage was lean and the Patty was obviously handmade. I had the small, which was fine for me. They are only open until 2 but you can have breakfast after Noon, which is hard to find nowadays. The prices are affordable and the waitresses kind and efficient. We will be back.

Visiting from out of state, Doo-Dah diner was a short walk from our hotel that came with many high recommendations. It's a classic diner vibe with hearty breakfast and lunch/dinner choices. We came for breakfast, as that's what was recommended to us. If you're hungover, just want a great diner breakfast, or a unique breakfast dish, Doo-Dah is the spot. The service was fast and friendly and felt like family. Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions, as well as making sure we had everything we needed. I'll get it out of the way now: get the monkey bread. It's sweet, gooey, and a perfect side to a savory meal! It's not a huge portion, but we were able to share it amongst 5 adults! Don't skip this! We had a variety of entrees for breakfast. The fried bologna sandwich was giant and something I've never had before. The bologna was cut THICK, and the bread it was on was clearly made fresh that day. It could have easily been enough for 2 people, but we took leftovers home with us! The biscuits and gravy were as authentic as they come. Fluffy biscuits, hearty sausage gravy...a perfect start to your day! I didn't get to try the weekly special of crab Benedict, but judging by the clean plate club winner at the end of our meal, it's safe to say it was delicious! If you're ever in Wichita, make time to stop here for breakfast! I wish we were there for lunch or dinner, cuz I'm sure those meals would be just as great!

"Dad told me about this place. It's just off the square downtown and it's a busy place for breakfast! The menu is in large letters so elderly eaters can read the menu without too much of a problem. The waitresses have a colorful variety of work t-shirts to wear. You can buy one if you like for $12!Dad suggested the Big breakfast. There is plenty there for $5.69. Reasonable. The waitress asked us if we wanted our biscuits grilled. Sure! When they arrived, it added a whole new dimension to biscuits and gravy! The frosty mug of orange juice, bottomless coffee and huge glass of ice water( complimentary water, I might add, the old-fashioned way!) Made my day.Good choice, dad! No wonder it is one of his favorite places to eat!"
"I am not a big breakfast person...UNTIL NOW!! My sister in law and I got the French Toast and sausage....a very basic meal. The FT seemed to be double battered and amazing. The sausage...I WANT MORE!! My brother got the Spanish omelet. The omelet and potatoes covered the plate. I would have liked the coffee to be a little stronger. The service was wonderful. I was visiting for four days...can't wait to go back!!"
"My family and I met some of my momma's cousin's here. They live here in Peabody and in a few surrounding towns. It was a good time, food was good also. I definitely recommend the fish sandwich and the cherry pie. Service not fast, but adequate. No worries, slow down y'all. Slice of small town life, this place is open until 2pm everyday. One cousin's significant other said they are open for dinner on one day a month, not sure when that is though."
"Everything is exquisite!! The banana bread french toast is my favorite! If you can't decide, I recommend the trio of Tanya's Beni, Banana Bread French Toast, and Hash."
