They squeezed us in fairly quickly and were really friendly despite closing in about 15 minutes. She waxed the brows perfectly! The salon was decorated very nicely, cozy and clean. It's located close to our house too so this may be our new go-to place for eyebrow waxing!"

"Booked an appointment for my father who was out of town in Wichita and feeling pretty under the weather with whatever is going around this time of year.First personal contact, for me, with the staff was over the phone as I had to move his appointment back a day due to a travel complication for him. They were incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them - made a difficult situation that much easier.Spoke with my dad about his visit 1 & 2 days after the appointment. He was very impressed. Stated that the place was well- appointed, tasteful and immaculate.Several more highlights were: 1. The NP was very professional, genuinely listened to my dad and actually adjusted the IV therapy for his specific needs. 2. Having had many IVs during his time, he stated this was one of the best he has ever had - quick and hardly felt it. 3. After two days, he said he can definitely tell that the IV therapy helped him. He is starting to feel much better, and his head fog is clearing up after being absolutely under the weather for almost two weeks on a three week sickness - according to the locals/doctors.While not having personally visited, based on those two conversations with my dad - I can DEFINITELY recommend this facility!"

"I have not been to this salon but recently attempted to buy a gift certificate for someone who lives in Hutchinson. When the gift certificate was not received, I contacted the salon and was told that I would have to contact a third party vendor, Instagift.com to investigate why it was not sent. Two weeks and approximately 10 phone calls later, my recipient still has not received what I have been charged for. The owner/manager, Jamie McComb, has refused to speak with me when I've called or return my calls when I've requested to speak with her. The employee whom I've dealt with primarily has offered only to email their vendor on my behalf but not to make the situation right. The last time I called , the employee Carolyn told me that the owner was out of town for two weeks in Europe and no one had the authority to deal with a $50 gift certificate. Maybe this salon is a lovely place, I will never know. My experience is that it is unprofessionally managed and operated and "the customer is always right" is a foreign concept there. What I thought would be a convenient way to send a nice gift has turned into a headache and a very bad taste for this salon. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because there has been NO responsibility taken by this place for this situation, I'm just hoping to eventually get a refund."

"I desperately needed a massage from old age and stresses of wife. I mean life. autocorrect. I wrapped up work way early and decided to find a spot to hang out. I needed a place with free wifi and someone to work out the knots in my back. Not only was Beau Monde able to accommodate me today, but I happened to book my appointment during "off peak hours" and received a substantial discount! I got there 1.5 hours early. Sierra greeted me with a pearly white smile and showed me the facility. It was very zen; clean everything and spa-y music. She showed me the Men's locker, which to be honest, was small, but it was all mine. I took and shower and took advantage of the the minty body wash and shampoo! I could tell this place was more catered to women, since it smelled really nice and I was the only male in the building. I dumb ass self sat in the men's locker bench the whole 1.5 hours thinking it was the "lounge". I was sorely disappointed when my masseuse, Dawn, came to get me and walked me pass the actual lounge with sofas and magazines. That's how nice the lockers are. Dawn is a fantastic masseuse. She might be petite, but she is super strong with freakishly soft hands. Very, very professional too. I dozed off 3-4 times, but only woke up because I snored too loud. I was a little embarrassed, but there was no snickering or jeering. After the massage, Dawn let me know to take my time and come out when I was ready. I rolled off of the table, got dress, and was greeted by Dawn was a big smile and an ice cold glass of cucumber water. My only request is to have a couple large bath towels in the actual shower area. I had to make a mad dash from the shower to locker area to grab a towel. Thankfully, no one was around. Overall, if I lived in Wichita, I would definitely make this my go-to massage joint. Clean facility, friendly/professional staff, and reasonably priced. My 1-hour deep tissue massage came out to be 100 w/ tax & tip."

"My favorite place to get my nails done at a reasonable price! The staff here is so, so friendly and accomodating. I never had to go out of my way to make an appointment and they always make room for me. Their service is one of the best; the staff is so friendly and love getting to know and talk to you, making you feel at ease. They also certainly make sure you're getting what you want too so that you're not unsatisfied. The store and facility is clean and well-kept and doesn't smell strongly of product and chemicals. This establishment also offers snacks on occassion as well! For $38 you can get a dipped manicure and they have tons of cute and beautiful colors to choose from. They also have discounts for $5 off your first visit as a customer and stamp cards to use for discounts for loyal customers. Needless to say, this is my favorite place to get my nails done and I don't mind driving 20mins out just to do so!"

"Was in town visiting and found this place here on Yelp. Really had the best service I've had at a nail salon in a long time! She really took her time with getting my cuticles and nails cleaned up before she started painting. My nails were in pretty rough shape, I had previously gotten acrylics done somewhere else and had done a very poor job of removing them myself. She cleaned them up very nice, and when she was painting them, she took care to make sure she cleaned up so there was no paint or topcoat on my skin. I hate it when I get out to the car after getting my nails done and have to pick that off my skin! Very thankful I don't have to this time. Was very polite and friendly the entire time as well. I wish they were located in the city I live in!"
