We went to BMW and ran into Jesus. He was busy with a customer but he stopped and said hi to us. I actually bought the MDX from him 2 yrs ago at Acura. I'm telling you, you cannot get another salesman that is more honest, caring and willing to help you with your car purchase. He stayed late, even answered questions on his day off. He kept in contact, went above and beyond to help us find the right car. We test drove the 2019 X4, 2019 X6 with M package, 2019 X5 but couldn't decide. He was very patient and explained everything in details. Never once try to push us to buy. We weren't even in the market for a BMW but because of Jesus, we bought the 2019 BMW X5. We love BMW now . They are truly The Ultimate Driving Machine. Jesus even checked on us after the purchase. I will be back in about 2 yrs for another car and will absolutely buy from Jesus without a second thought. "My husband and I used this auto shop years ago (2009)on our Toyota and had 4-5 star service! They really did their best to get a good tire for a good price and were timely, with good communication to us about our car. Today we tried them again, based on past experience and we were disappointed. They charged us the right price for the tires we bought, that we were quoted on Cyber Monday. The problem is the time it took to complete the job. We were told (repeatedly) that it would take "about an hour." Two and a half hours and a phone call later we FINALLY got our car back. Generally, if a job takes longer than expected, it's just good business sense to let the customer know. It's also good business to explain why the delay happened. The tires appear to be what we asked for, and they are on our car. They said they didn't have any problems finding anything on our car. Only time will tell if we were smart to give them our business, or not."

The guys behind the counters were super-friendly and provided excellent service. My tire was repaired in within about thirty minutes. And I was rolling again. I'm not sure if they are just a general repair shop or not. But I would visit again if I had tire issues."

"My boyfriend and I were on our way back to Arizona from our vacation and we hit a deer, completely puncturing the radiator and we had to pull over. We were fortunate enough to pull over to the kwik mart across the street which is how we saw/ found this place. We got there at 4am and waited in our car until 7 when the manager, Steve, showed up, we immediately ambushed him and explained our situation, he was MORE than happy to help. His employees came in shortly after and each one was incredibly understanding, kind, and helpful - they had back to back appointments and still have been working in between all morning to take care of us. My insurance required a "virtual assist" which is basically their version of saying we want to be difficult, and Andy immediately called them and completed it while I was still on the phone with my insurance agent, it can take a turn around time of up to seven days and they completed it within thirty seconds for us. Their employee, Nicole, was so comforting to me (because i'm a baby and this is MY baby that got fucked) and gave me water, she called a few car rental places for us and gave us hotels that were nearby, she even offered to drive us herself! The employees at this company are some of the most compassionate and caring, kind and helpful workers I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They take you in and treat you like a family and they make you feel like they really care, because they really do! I will be recommending this place to anyone I see in Kansas, and if I ever come back and need car work, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
