"After several years of deliberating on whether to buy a new Yoder YS640S pellet smoker I finally pulled the trigger this spring and did it. These are high end smokers that are sold only through a dealer network which ended up leading me to All Things Barbecue. I was drawn to this business by their website, which is top notch, the multiple positive discussions I had with their sales team prior to purchasing my smoker, the very diverse and large assortment of of Barbecue merchandise they carry and lastly the e-commerce focus of their business were all huge positives for me.Relative to my new smoker it's a beast (I mean that is the best of terms) that is built like a Sherman tank and is designed to last a lifetime. All Things Barbecue processed my order promptly, giving me good tracking info on the freight shipment where the shipment arrived in great condition. I had several follow up calls with the business after getting my new smoker dealing with the grills operation and its accessories where the staff at All Things Barbecue were courteous and very helpfull. Overall a very positive experience. Aside from my new smoker this business has become my new go to place for my meat rubs, brines, lathers and sauces that are high end specialty products that you will not find in your typical grocery store. These are the products you want to use when you want to elevate your barbecue game! They also have a large assortment of Barbecue tools, full line up of pellet smokers, stick smokers, grilles and pizza ovens. These are all high end stuff for the most part that you would only find in a specialty shop like this.The last thing to mention about this site are the large number the video recipes they have done with their chefs (Chef Tom is my favorite) that are some of the best I have seen and are perfect to help you elevate your game and become the talk of your neighborhood by the other guys who's wife berate them as to why they cant cook like you (OK a bit over the top here, but not to far off). As you can tell I am a big fan of this business and their E commerce model. Truly top shelf and worthy of five stars."

"I purchased a Samsung top loading washing machine from Old Town. I actually found the unit on Facebook on the marketplace app portion. It is a modern very high tech unit, it was offered at a reasonable price. I negotiated and they accepted my terms. On arrival they showed me many other nice units. They helped me load the machine, I brought it home and it has worked flawlessly through about 50 loads so far. I love how big the tub is in the machine. You can easily wash comforters and even large pillows. I am hoping now they find a matching dryer for me. They even offered me a 30 day warranty, which I really appreciate on a used item like that. I will definitely shop here again."

This company actually turns screws and removes parts to clean and inspect. He even crawled up the attic space to get to the unit and did a thorough inspection. "They could not be bothered to attend the walk through on my new build. My builder had difficulty making contact with them. They emailed an invoice with a bunch of numbers we are having difficulty understanding. I picked out my selections 8 months ago, along with my plumbing, flooring, cabinet ect. It sure would had been nice if they would had shown up to the walk through. I'll be sure to stay clear of them with my companies new builds."

I had a recent service call for my Samsung oven and LG dishwasher and was charged $119.00 for the service call. Oven was fixed by re-adjusting the temperature element. Stated the heating element in dishwasher was bad and part was $93. Returned two days later with new part, installed but did not check dishwasher to see if problem was corrected. Tried to use dishwasher next day and it made a loud noise and no water in unit, but water was leaking from under unit. Returned next day and stated he put sealant of a hose fitting and wait till morning to use. Next day started dishwasher and again loud noise and water was not even warm and after cycle was finished had to hand wash all dishes as they were not clean. Called tech this morning and he stated he was not in town and would call Monday to set up another appointment for next week. So three visits later and problems just got worst. Not happy at all with the service provided and cost for new part that doesn't work to heat water to clean and dry dishes.

Culligan has proven to me that they care about their customers. If you have a problem they will do their best to fix it as soon as possible. They also have a great product at a great value. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

They do not even deserve one star. They lie about the warranty they give you. The dryer we purchased was completely fine for the first 25 days. So we still had our warranty when we called. First of all, the guy was incredibly rude on the phone and said he would call us back and make and appointment in "10 minutes". So we called the second time to call and make an appointment but was told the same thing. Finally a third time, we called and asked them why they were taking so long because our warranty would expire soon. They said they would call back, never did, went and took my dryer to be fixed elsewhere and had to pay for it. I was thinking about buying a washer but will NEVER do business with them again! Thanks for nothing Old Town Appliance.

We spent several dollars with Kansas Lighting in Wichita to update our kitchen with LED lighting and had to return the faulty converter transformer box after it shorted out. It is impossible to describe how rude the owner was. My friend was with me and he was ready to call the police as the owner had such a "violent" tone. Supposedly they ordered us a new one but it has now been 2 months and we can't even get them to call us back to see when it will arrive. Absolutely no customer service! I'd give them a zero or negative rating if that were an option.

"We purchased a used washer/dryer set upon our move to the area. So far, in two weeks, we've had two service calls, one on each piece of equipment. However refurbished these items may be, they are sitting idle as of this writing. No plan to purchase anything else."
"The Good: Great Machines so far and they were good to help us set up a token system which works well for us.The Bad: First visit out the owner measured our areas and recommended what machines and how many. Then upon delivery our set up was not a match for what he recommended and we had to return two machines. The delivery guys dented and tore new vinyl flooring, even after being told it was a brand new floor and to put down cardboard or a blanket or something(which they did not do) Company did discount machines cost of floor repairs. Once they have sold you equipment they really are not anxious to have to come back out for repairs and discourage those trips by charging $200 trip fee (for around 75 miles) on top of repairs. There is only a 90 day warranty.In other words I am happy with the washers and dryers...not so much with customer service."

Covid-19 came and they shut down without giving me a heads up that I wouldn't receive my items at the time frame they gave me.
