Bybee Electric

If their electricians work like they drive, I wouldn't trust them to do the job safely. One of their trucks just went ripping past me at least 10 miles an hour over the speed limit.

I needed to have a plug for an electric range checked and/or changed.I called Bybee and spoke with a very pleasant professional lady. That was good, I had never hired an electrician before and didn't know what to expect. She explained the electrician had a call scheduled first thing in the morning but would call me to schedule sometime in the morning.I waited till noon and heard nothing. Called them again and same nice lady told me she would call him and remind about scheduling with me. I figured it was lunch time so I gave it another hour and a half waiting. Still no call to tell me when he would be able to schedule me. After wasting most of my day waiting for a 5 minute phone call from this "professional" electrician, I called back for a third time.Another but different nice lady answered and this time put me on hold and called him herself. After the 3 minutes this took (which he could have spent calling me himself) and came back to tell me he could come out two days later at 8 AM. I did not unload on her, just accepted the appointment, called another place that came out that day and then when Bybee called Wednesday night to verify the appointment I told them I had hired a much more professional electrician because the guy obviously did not view my small job as important.

Have used Bybee many times, always very happy with their work! They always arrive on time and it's very easy to make an appointment either by phone or by email. I highly recommend Bybee!

Excellent service. Called them and came out to our home within 2 hours of call. Repaired our3 electrical switches in prompt order. Fees for service were very reasonable. Young technicianwas friendly and positive. Will continue to callBybee Electric when needed. Highly recommend this company.

I was happy with their work which they did quickly and skillfully. They came in lower than the other Electricians I had bid my job too which is always a perk!

We have a small business and called this company to come out and we bought the part and it was a quick wire up job (person spent less than 10 mins in our office) and then charged us $119.00... If you have that kind of money to spend use these guys, if not you might want to call around.
