Burnell's Fine Jewelry and Design

I am so disappointed and sad. I have had my solitaire ring for almost 20 years and have never had an issue or a problem with it. Thursday 2/8, I had my ring cleaned at Burnell's Fine Jewelry and Design and within 30 minutes of leaving their store, the stone fell out. I called the store and they would accept no responsibility or help. We searched everywhere---my car, the driveway and the garage. Cannot find it anywhere. I will not buy anything else from them and I hope they will be disappointed when I do NOT buy a new solitaire from them with the insurance settlement------a 5 figure settlement. Beware people.

My BF and have frequented many jewelry stores and happened upon Burnell's after messaging them on Yelp! Nathan Regan, the manager, was so quick with a response and invited me to the store to meet with him regarding a unique ring design.Upon arrival, we were greeted and Nathan showed us to his little creative space in the corner of the store. He explained his credentials (been in the business for over 2 decades - designing and creating rings of all sorts!) and tried to get an idea as to what I wanted!Mr. Regan spent almost an hour collaborating with us to create a ring that I have spent years dreaming of! I was so ecstatic to be able to adjust everything down to the tiniest details. I got to try on sample rings and get an idea to the sizing. He saved the design and sent multiple images for us to look over and confirm. I have been absolutely gleaming and would recommend Burnell's and the services of Mr. Regan to anyone looking for a beautifully unique ring and such thoughtful service!

After getting engaged, I moved to Kansas, and went to Burnell's to find wedding rings. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Such friendly and hospitable employees!! They work so hard to make sure you get what you want, while being courteous of your budget! I worked with Sean primarily who made or experience so enjoyable and easy. 20/10 recommend!!!

This is what an honest jewelry store feels like. You may pay a bit more than other "questionable 50% off" stores but you can rest easily that you are getting quality and what you pay for. They are friendly and their designs are to die for. Their appraisals are really detailed and they will look at stones you may have purchased elsewhere.

We had the pleasure of looking at wedding bands with Ariana. She made us feel comfortable and helped us easily narrow down what we were looking for. She made the experience so enjoyable!

Burnell's did an excellent job repairing a precious ring for me. They completed it a week earlier than expected and it looks beautiful. I appreciated the quick text responses when I initially had questions about services and when the ring was ready for pick up.

I went into Burnell's looking for a new setting for my diamond. We were immediately greeted by Cari. She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and obvious likes her job. She helped me narrow down what I was looking for because I really wasn't sure. She showed me a lot of rings and made the whole process was really fun. I didn't feel pressured at all which is important to me. Cari called the designer to price different rings for me and find out which could be done in rose gold. She was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She also noticed that the ring I was wearing needed new prongs. If she hadn't noticed, I likely would've lost my great grandmother's diamond. . I am beyond happy with my purchase and my overall experience at Burnell's. My new ring and my family ring both turned out beautifully. I highly recommend going to Burnell's whether you're looking for something new or to have something old repaired. I look forward to visiting them again and love that they are dog friendly!

We went to Burnell's for our wedding bands and my engagement ring. They are truly wonderful there. After visiting some chain jewelry stores, we realized just how knowledgeable they are in comparison to those other stores who just want to sell you something. We felt like we were truly valued and taken care of. They helped us get our dream rings!

Hands-down the friendliest jewelry store in Wichita. Whenever I walk in Robin asks if I "want to play jewelry store?" and of course my answer is "YES!". Absolutely no high-pressure sales here! Their selection is SO unique & of the highest-quality. I highly recommend you experience Burnell's for yourself.
