Great Burgers. It takes a lot for me to give a high rating to a place that claims a great burger and to even put it in their name. However, this place is up to the scrutiny. I went with a group of 10 people and we all ordered burgers of various kinds. All were done to the correct level (a lot of places mess this up) and the burger was honestly one of the best I have had. The server was attentive but not overbearing. The only downfalls I saw was this is in a hotel (great if you are staying there) and there were a lot of staff for the level of patronage and they were kind of mulling around the bar. Great place for a burger.

Naw dog just hit 5 guys before you get here. Staying in the hotel and thought what a connivence. Nope. Burger had no flavor. Fries were limp and had no seasoning. So I will not be eating here agsin.

We went for lunch today and had a perfect burger! We will definitely be returning to check out their dinner menu.Service was also excellent. Can't wait to go back!

They have specials and tonight at dinner it was a wrap that had 3 meats, cheese, lettuce, tomato and Italian dressing plus mixed vegetables which were very good. Instead of vegetables you could get fries, salad or onion rings - this was $6.99. Then I ordered a desert of key lime pie which was very good but overpriced at $5. Everything was really good.

Finally decided to try this place out after hearing lots of good things from others, and constant radio ads. As it turns out the house special burger with a side was on special today. Ordered medium well with onion rings. My food was brought to me very quickly, probably less than 8 to 10 minutes. Great presentation, looked so good.Then i started eating and unfortunately i came away unimpressed with it. The meat itself had pretty much no flavor at all. The bun was soggy due to some unidentified sauce they put on it that wasnt good at all. The onion rings werent cooked long enough leaving them thick with undercooked breading.I was also sitting in the booth next to another couple whose order was completely messed up coming out of the kitchen and they werent too happy. Im guessing between my order and theirs that whoever they had working in the kitchen just wasnt up to the job.However the service was great and my waiter came around several times to check on my which was lovely. I think a 3 star is about the best i can do based on the taste and quality of the food. Only the speed and friendliness of the staff got the extra star.I most likely wont ever eat here again as there are places in town that offer much more tasty burgers.

Salad was nasty dr.pepper watered down all the way ranch was bad lemonade tasted like water burgers were okay

The only reason I can't give it five stars is because it is a basic burger place. It is decent. I've had a few things on the menu and they were all fine. Pricing is reasonable weight staff is ever-changing, which is to be expected in a hotel restaurant. No major complaints just a regular old burger place.

Great burgers and food. Sometimes they see me under staffed but it's quiet and never a wait to dine there and I always enjoy the food.

I asked for my burger to be medium well and it was mooing. I could only eat the edges. My wife ordered onion rings and got FIVE. Another member of our party got cold fries. Service was slow. Other than that it was fantastic.
