I'm a Dimond member at Hilton and I'm in hotel room 300 nights a year at least . That being said I have three rules when I'm looking for a hotel I have to pay for #1 no numbers in the name ( 6-8 ...#2 if the name says a cooler of its roof or has travel hotel...Or has exterior doors let's face it they don't make them like that anymore so it's old as heck!!! Last night I was looking for a hotel room and I'm in the middle of nowhere and seen this place and read the 1 review it had ! Usually if you put a dress on a pig you still have a pig this place was really redone well . I've stayed at Marriott it weren't as nice as this place was inside the bread was extremely comfortable there's no bugs anywhere I slept like a log it was quiet no crackheads in the driveway I'm good I would stay here again recommend this place to anyone looking to rest there head for the evening.

The Copa is clean, comfortable, well appointed, quiet, and safe. What more could you ask for? Stopping late at night is always a crapshoot but we won here. The manager/owner could not have been kinder and we appreciated it.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was clean and comfortable. But we came again tonight and are so pleasantly surprised by the remodels! The room is super clean, the beds are super comfy with plenty of pillows, and the owner was so very nice. We only come thru here once a year but this is officially our go-to motel in the area.

Stayed here back in early May (2016). Hitting the road due to relocation from AZ to Minnesota. My friend and I decided to stop here for the night before continuing on to Kansas City. The exterior looks rough but the new owners are trying to improve the motel. The room we stayed in was very nice, comfortable (new) mattresses and bed linens. Brand new TV and furnishings...clean bathrooms, with hot showers. Parking was a bit tight with a U-haul and car trailer but okay. There's a McDonalds next door, so great place to stop and grab a coffee before hitting the road again. I'd recommend staying here if you don't stop in Pratt. I also had a chance to meet the owners and they were very nice people.

Not always good with words but read several of the positive reviews and they are correct. This place is VERY CLEAN. Pretty sure if you didn't have something you needed they would do their best to get it. We were able to spend time with family right "in house" grocery store down the street grilled, swam and spent the days in the sun. P.S. Very Reasonable price too

What a hidden gem, this is one of the better renovated older hotels done right. The wall mounted A/C was one of the quieter units, but we used the ceiling fan at night for extra peace and quiet. Finally a room with good lighting so we could read and relax. A new Visio 48" flat screen with excellent reception, an actual desk with leather office chair, medium size fridge, microwave, bathroom with exhaust fan, and new Glacier Bay toilet that worked better than any other motel I've stayed at in years. The closet, sink area and bathroom were nicely located around the corner of the room giving dressing privacy along with a full length mirror for the ladies. The queen size bed was comfortable and had one of the nicer sets of pillows we have seen in our 10 days on the road. Highly recommended !

Every thing we were looking for at midnight on a too long trip from AZ. Rooms were clean, A/C cold, towels soft. Looks like the pool is under construction.

My son and I stayed there April 30 night. We found the room nicely renovated and very comfortable. It is the first motel I have ever stayed at that had a bright ceiling chandelier and fan. This is one room in which you can actually read. The bed had brilliant and soft white sheets that were great for sleeping. The mattress was excellent and I slept soundly, especially after driving the whole day from Denver. Even though this is an older unit, it is very comfortable with a large room and plenty of space. The wi-fi worked well, as well as everything else. The room with two queen beds was $85, which seems pretty reasonable. I recommend this.
