Bud Roat Towing

Fantastic! I have been using Bud Roat's to have cars towed to my shop L&M Auto Repair for the last 10 years. They are always prompt and treat my customers well. Thanks Bud!!

The team at Bud Roat towing did a fantastic job assisting us. While on the first 200 miles of a 700 mile drive to Texas, my fully packed SUV broke down while towing an equally packed UHaul trailer. The driver arrived promptly, and quickly loaded my car onto the flat bed and attached my trailer to a hitch to haul us the 60+ mi to Wichita to a shop. I absolutely recommend them for expert and courteous service!

I called and spoke with their dispatcher multiple times between 5-6pm. She told me the price was $88 if the tow was within city limits and $4/mile outside of Wichita. I spoke with her around 6:30 to confirm the tow and she said someone would be there in a hour. I personally couldn't be there for the tow but my mother was there and she was able to pay and sign any paperwork as the dispatcher said someone would need to. Colby arrived after 7pm and told my mother that the tow was actually $110 because he arrived after 7. I informed him via telephone that the dispatcher didn't mention it to me and I would appreciate if he could extend a customer courtesy and honor the price. He said to me that the dispatcher is new & it's at the tow person's discretion and he doesn't want to. I ask him again to extend a courtesy and I'll will call to speak with mgmt tomorrow morning since the office is closed if it's necessary. He again tells me no and that he's losing commission if he takes it for the $88. I ask his name and he says "it's Colby and you'd know that if you were here." I was not rude. My mother was not rude. Colby's attitude was unnecessary and quite frankly rude. I wouldn't want to deal with people who can't honor a price given by company error error.

I was never taught how to really fix much on my car. The last thing I needed was my tire to blow out on the highway. Stephan was quick to help me in my situation & had the best customer service. I definitely recommend these guys if you have car troubles!

Good towing, good price. They were able to troubleshoot tight storage area with chains for a little extra. Pretty reasonable and careful.

My car was broke down on East Kellogg during 5:00 traffic. I had my two small children in the car with me. I was waiting for a family member to come fix the car. Meanwhile cars were driving past us at high speeds in 100 degree weather. Cody a driver for Bud Roat pulled up behind us to make sure our family was safe. I cannot tell you how much this meant to us!! Great company. Amazing employees!! Thank you Cody!

Don't bother calling anyone else. The people are personable and will treat you right! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a towing service!
