Wow a bad experience at a place that has done well by me in the past. Took a car in to have work done. Received a call saying the car was ready. When I went to get it they said they did the work and gave me the bill. It was no where near as expensive as I thought it would be. Went to the car and found the work had not been done. Went back in and the guy said he didn't do the work because it was to expensive. What? I'm the one paying the bill. He said it would cost $1,200. I said that's less than I thought and wanted it done. He said he would order the parts and give me a call. Never heard from him and when I called he did not remember what the car problem was or what parts to order. I'll think twice before returning.

My husband and I used this auto shop years ago (2009)on our Toyota and had 4-5 star service! They really did their best to get a good tire for a good price and were timely, with good communication to us about our car. Today we tried them again, based on past experience and we were disappointed. They charged us the right price for the tires we bought, that we were quoted on Cyber Monday. The problem is the time it took to complete the job. We were told (repeatedly) that it would take "about an hour." Two and a half hours and a phone call later we FINALLY got our car back. Generally, if a job takes longer than expected, it's just good business sense to let the customer know. It's also good business to explain why the delay happened. The tires appear to be what we asked for, and they are on our car. They said they didn't have any problems finding anything on our car. Only time will tell if we were smart to give them our business, or not.

Fast fantastic service. I couldn't have asked for better service and help. They were quick in diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed, usually I have communications issues with mechanics but they were on top of it and exceptionally helpful.
