Brookwood is an amazing apartment complex! The staff is very friendly and the maintenance is very responsive. The staff honestly feel like family to me! They are very military friendly and work very hard to make every resident feel at home! -Erica

If you're looking for a affordable and comfortable apartments, you'll find it here. We Love our home at this complex! For the price and amenities we have, it's a bargain. Everything we needed in an apt we found here. Are there newer apts that look prettier out there? Yes, but they would'nt have the amazing staff and support that we have here. Very friendly for military/veteran status. We also have a fur baby and it is a great place for a pet. They supply treats in the office as well as poop bags so it's very convenient. We feel safe and secure, great neighbors and fun monthly events. It truly feels like a community but it is quite and not a party scene. Thank you Brookwood Staff!

Out of my few years of rental experience this has by far been the best place. It's an easy decision to renew my lease here! It's a quiet, well maintained area, maintenance is quick (even though I've only had to call them once so far), and the girls in the office make you feel like family. Not to mention the fun events the leasing office holds. Without a doubt the best complex I've lived in!

My husband, I and our dog currently live here at Brookwood apartments. We are dealing with the second time they have turned off our water for an undisclosed amount of time due to a water main break. They did not notify their residents of the situation or an estimated time when our water would be turned back on but rather waited for us to contact them. The only accommodations they have offered us are to share 1 vacant apartment's water supply during business hours. This is an unacceptable way to treat your residents and I would not recommend them to someone looking for an apartment.

If you decide apartment living with pets make sure you documents ever aspect of your pets and your pet deposit because these people will charge you in the new no matter what for damages no matter if you paid deposit for them.

We love living here! The staff is super nice and friendly and we love how they go out of their way to recognize their residents. We had a issue with our pilot light on our heater when we first moved in and they came quickly and fixed it ASAP. Probably the best apartment complex that I've lived at.

I lived there for 3 years. The first 2 were great, then the place changed hands and well...things went down hill fast. I fell down the stairs three times while pregnant because they wouldnt de-ice them and built the stairs poorly with no space for water to drain and treated wood.. My Husband fell through the stairs once, and the office staff refused to fix it for 3 days. We had to carry our dogs down the stairs to let them out. We went all summer last year without a working air condition, they utilized our electricity to "fix" the problem and just made it 3 times worse. This year we called and complained again only to be told that it was already taken care of. The apartment was 90 degrees when we moved out. We had to stay in a hotel several times while they "fixed" the air conditioner but never reimbursed us for the hotel or offered to take the days off our rent. The staff do not care about the people who live there and do not respond appropriately when something goes wrong....We're glad we moved out, and will NEVER recommend the place to anyone.
