Staff is rude and can find their ass with both hands. Made a special trip as advised via phone that they could fill my prescription. Arrived only to be treated abruptly and unable to fill my prescription due to only being able to accept my insurance as a secondary, not as primary. People shouldn't be answering the phone of giving wrong advice. Others shouldn't work with the public, period!

What a rip off! Just went to purchase a replacement hose for my CPAP machine and looked it up online first. The price was $8.99. Because of shipping, I thought I will run in and pick one up today. The price was $89.99! Are you kidding me? I understand mark-up but that is highway robbery! People, check prices before purchasing!

This place used to be great!Now not so much, to bad this is the only place to get mobility scooters. They have a good selection of stuff. Their service is CRAP! If there was any other place to go in town I would. Had a new set of batteries put in my mobility scooter. They failed to secure the Batteries to scooter, so over the next year they jostled around freely in the scooter. Causing the connector to the scooter to fail, then not only that it caused the Batteries to fail in a year. So now I have to pay for the connector and the batteries. Then they also failed to put locking washers on the battery posts so the nuts were nearly worked off by the time I got to replacing them. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!THEY HAVE US BY THE BALLS BEING THE ONLY PLACE IN TOWN...

Checked online for availability of ResMed AirFit F30i airframe replacement. Online site says it's in stock. Arrive at store, go to that section, see that the whole system is available. Asked for help. Eventually told I could only buy the whole system even though I only need one part. When I objected, was asked whether I got my CPAP from them or not, which shouldn't matter -- I just want to do business -- but apparently, it matters. No accountability. No concern. Another night of crappy sleep and no resolution. Never going back. Never giving them any $$$$. If it wasn't for insured purchases, I'm guessing this place would go under in a month or two.

I went to Broadway Home Medical to get socks and leg wrappings their add said they accept Medicare so I went there to buy them they told me I had to have a Doctor prescription I show them my AETNA card they pay all my bill on medicare they handle it all I get $360 every 3 months for medical supplies but they wouldn't accept it I don't know what is wrong with Broadway Home Medical the only thing I can think of is that they are just stupid this is Patrick Quigg opinion of themu

I was told by my chiropractor to get some biofreeze to use on my back. Walgreens was out so I stopped in at Broadway Medical and Kyle helped me find some. Actually he went and got the stuff for me so I wouldn't have to walk that far. He was so nice and helpful.
