Friendly staff but it's too difficult to purchase anything through insurance. It's like they don't want to sell you anything. Since an item was prescribed by my doctor, they keep insisting on more paperwork. When that's accomplished, there is something else they need...after that, they come up with something else they want from the doctor. So it's been a really long time to just get a hospital bed mattress. But this happens everytime I order anything from this company. I do not recommend Broadway home medical unless you have plenty of cash.

Incompetent through and through. Have tried getting CPAP supplies for over a year with nothing but the run around. When going into the store I was told I needed a script. Obtained script from doctor take in told it isn't what they need. Ask for them to contact the Dr and was told they would do so and call me in two days. Day 4 I call & was told they would order & ship to me. I've been told the same previously. So waiting i see if I receive the shipment in two days.

After not using Broadway medical service since Feb of 2023 and have several failed attempts to get my insurance in place with them, I informed them I would stay with Lincare. Yesterday I received a $245.00 bill from Broadway medical for supplies I never received or even ordered. Why would you send supplies and bill someone that has not used their service for well over a year. Get it together Broadway medical! You are embarrassing yourself!!

i Would advise anyone to not buy anything from this store, if you like we did pay Over $2000.00 to not get the right thing, then they won't take it back and order the correct one that THEY ordered. I was told to put a blanket over it so nothing would be able to get it dirty, I could come in and order (and pay again) for the correct one that either way I'm stuck. Your on a limited income and they couldn't care less.

I tried to switch vendors for my wife's CPAP an order her supplies. they tried to tell me she only used it twice since September. Funny they have not wanted or download her SD card from the machine she uses every night!!! they just wanted to play insurance games!go to VIA Christi home medical, easier to deal with just further from our home.

There delivery was OK. After the first mix up. Except for a problem I have with mattress. Was told give it a few weeks. Call back for service and they ignore your calls. Will tell you they will call you back and never do. I have called at least 6 times. Always same will call you back. Do not purchase anything that may need service from them. I am in process if contacting insurance and better business bureau now. They are a rip off. Only want your insurance money

I bought a raised toilet seat for my husband after he had hip surgery. He needed 1 for a bidet. After I had help picking 1 out that we thought would work, I paid for it. Nothing was said about not being able to return toilet items. I took it home, my husband took it out of the box, and he said it woouldn't work. So I took it back and they wouldn't give me my money back, that it says it on the receipt. I told them that I will not be shopping there any more then because nothing was said before I bought it that it couldn't be returned.

Needed a charging cord for my father's electric scooter. Kameron matched it up quickly and told us if it didn't work, bring it back. It was the correct part but it still didn't charge so we called them and we brought in the scooter.he diagnosed the problem and it was a quick fix and got us happy and out the door in less than an hour. Helped load and unload it from the pickup too. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Great customer service!!!

I have had really bad service with them. The new chair I got has had problems since I had it. I have had them out several times. The guys that come out drive it and you can see the chair fish tailing, and it does not go real fast. So they put a monitor on it. Tell me to try that. Well it Did not help. So I call again. Last time he called his boss because he couldn't figure it out. And his boss said, tell her either keep it or call someone else. I called them and they said all workers said they didn't find anything. That is a lie all workers said, they agree with me.I asked for manager to call me that's been 2 days ago. NO CALL. I GUESS I WILL CALL CHANEL 10 SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO.AND IT IS DANGEROUS.PLUS IT SITS CROCKED. I AM SO MAD.

I needed help determining what walker to get for my parent. I didn't know anything about walkers, but I got a great education and all of my questions answered by two outstanding young ladies who went the extra mile to look for other stock items in the back to support my unique needs. Despite the fact that they were very busy, I got great customer service and I witnessed others getting great service too. I'll no doubt be back.
