our car broke down on the way back to colorado and Jeremy was excellent about getting us in, being very timely and overall excellent customer service. Recommend this place to anyone needing car repairs they are amazing and will take care of you.

I called in advance to see if I could get my car serviced as I drove cross country, and both the front desk lady and mechanic were polite and kindly squeezed me in. I arrived and a single mechanic immediately went to work. He was kind enough to show me the underside of the vehicle to show me minor leaks and things that needed to be replaced in the future. It's always nice to have this type of detailed service rather than Greese Monkey or its like where you are rushed in and rushed out. Sure they're great for quick oil changes, but not much else. These guys were much better Andy only regret is that I don't live in Kansas! Move to Colorado!

My car blew an eng on I-70 in middle of KS during a sub-zero weather event. The dealership at Hays, KS wouldn't even look in the hood to make an initial assessment claiming they were over booked. When I explained my mother who is on Oxygen was w me and we needed emergency assistance the dealership didn't care and refused service. Our tow truck operator knew this mechanic and called them. Even though off that day, the mechanic came over and assessed the dmg. Because of that kindness I hired these guys to replace my eng. they even helped me unload my car in sub zero weather and load it in the rental. When the work was done, the owner left his home on a Sunday to get my car back to me even though they were closed. The work was spot on, and right the first time. The service was beyond any expectation and both genuinely friendly and professional.

This shop also saved me and my trip! Driving down I-70 the car started driving weird and then the check engine light came on. Being a Sunday night I got the car to a repair shop in Hayes that had "Foreign Repair" in their name and assumed being a Volvo, they would be a good fit. The owner calls the first thing Monday and said by "foreign" he meant only "Asian" cars and good luck getting anyone in Hayes to work on a Volvo. Looking on Yelp, I found Broadway Automotive, I called and the owner said he would look at it see what he could do. Long story short, by noon I was on way again and under the estimate. I made it to my destination 6 hours later with no more issues. They did say that one of the codes showed that there might be an issue with turbo ($$) but said the bad sensor they replaced might have caused that issue also. So far they are right. Great place, great people to deal with, thanks again.

Do you know what the only worse thing than driving across Kansas is? Doing it in near whiteout all the way from Summit CO and then having car issues. When I made it to Hays and stopped for a sanity break & fuel and my check engine light flashed on after I had just spent quite a pretty penny making sure my Blueberry was in top shape for this journey, I was in tears. Which went away pretty quick after walking in Broadway Automotive. Todd had Blueberry hooked up to the diagnostic machine, codes run, issue diagnosed, pricing discussed, parts ordered & delivered and installed in less than 2 hours. And I didn't need to sell a kidney, promise a firstborn, etcetera. There was a comfortable waiting area, and because it's still a thing, super comfortable to be there as a single lady. They didn't over charge, especially as I just walked in, in the middle of the day and disrupted their schedule. 100% great and so thankful they saved me!
