Bricks Rockin BBQ

Excellent dinner!Passing through on the way to Oklahoma we found this gem on Yelp.... We had a great experience here.Quick and friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful young lady, we had brisket, hot-links, the kids had pulled pork/mac and cheese.Everything was on point!I see some bad reviews on the ribs, can't comment on that because we didn't try them, but for everything else we tried we would be back in a heartbeat!

As a former hays native, i had to check out the newest bbq in town while visiting. I can not say enough fantastic things about this place. It's decor is fantastic, the staff was exceptional, and the food was outstanding! And very affordable! We got the appetizer sampler and four meals with drinks for everyone for only $100! You can't beat that! Definitely recommend for anyone visiting town.

Overall the food was good. Brisket was a little dry, but bbq sauces were good. Burnt ends and turkey were great!

Best option for BBQ in Hays..and it's not even close. The burnt ends are really good as well as most of their proteins. The hot bbq sauce is probably hotter than most on the table but it's fantastic. It's 4.5 stars in Hays!3 on the scale of BBQ Universe

Ordered the pulled pork egg rolls as an appetizer and they were phenomenal. Split the headliner with 3 meats, initially wasn't sure if it would be enough food, but it was. Ordered pulled pork, brisket and burnt ends. Burnt ends were smothered in bbq sauce (which I was unfamiliar with), but the pulled pork and brisket were great. Brisket was a little dry, but was lean, which I prefer. The hot bbq sauce is HOT but good and their house sauce was delicious. Ordered the fried okra and Mac and cheese as sides and both were very very good. We plan to go back!

A quaint hole in the wall restaurant. No one had any complaints about the food. It is fantastic. The servers are polite and prompt.

Absolutely delicious!! Great service and yummy bbq! We had the sliced brisket, the drummer sandwich and sliders! Sides were great! The potato salad and smoked mac and cheese were favorites!

Ordered burnt ends and hot links. Burnt ends tasted like roast beef and not burnt ends. Hot links were polish sausage and not what expected. Onion rings and fries were decent sides.

Service was GREAT! Ambiance was what you'd expect in a BBQ/bar establishment. Sides were good but some of the meats were cold and seemed to have been reheated instead of fresh.

Menu on Yelp was wrong. Would not recommend. Some of the worst BBQ I have had. Ribs very dry. Very dissatisfied
