Very good service my friend didn't even get his cone that he he asked instead he got a cup, also their SPECIAL dipping sauce tastes like ketchup mixed with Mayo and ranch. And their catch-up is like the Dairy Queen ice cream it doesn't fall out of the container when you tip it upside down

Lunch hour on Sunday with a few cars in the parking lot. A few people inside. Waited in the drive thru for a bag of burgers for nearly 30 minutes. Won't be returning to this location.

Quick drive through service. I only go here for fries and gravy and they're always exactly what I wanted. Best at what I want in fast food.

I've given this establishment too many opportunities. Worst customer service. Forgot half of my drive thru order and i didn't realize until i got home. But when i called i was given attitude from the assistant manager, and when my wife picked the food up he didn't apologize or offer anything. My last 3-4 trips to this location have ended with terrible customer service. Will not be returning. Would rather spend more on gas to a different location.

Got shake this morning. They usually do good. Always ask for extra thick. This thing was totally melted the minute they gave it to me. Did not have time to deal with it. No excuse. They aren't even busy a little before 11:00. Get this. 3-4 times a week. Normally would give 5 stars.Not today.

Employee, who I refuse to name, got pissed at me for seductively licking my ice cream at him. Boss came out and gave me the vanilla malt. Melted a little too quickly on my tongue for my liking. Overall, not a bad visit. 1-5 IGN

knats everywhere!!! it's so disgusting. me and my mom went for a good time and had to leave early bc there were so many knats! I hate bugs. don't come here.

My past two visits have been wonderful! The older woman working as the cashier in the grocery area was super sweet and offered me a bag for my leftovers! Make sure someone is constantly in the lobby cleaning!! The soda station had a lot of build up and tables had crumbs. Otherwise the food was great and there was a short wait for my order to be taken and the food to be served!

Writing bad reviews is not like me at all but this location is bad!!! I waited in line for 20 lines inside with only 2 people in front of me. All the employees were walking around us in line like we weren't even there. After 20 minutes, I finally got helped and ordered a scoop of ice cream and went and tried to order a cheeseburger. The guy helping me was looking directly at me but didn't even seem to be listening, he never rang up my cheeseburger. I asked if he got my order and he just shook his head no. After finally getting my simple order in, a cheeseburger with onions and ranch on the side, he never said a word then I swiped my card and said the food was to-go. They called my number and the food was not in a to-go bag, so I just asked for a bag to put my food in and a lady just looked at me like I was annoying the h*ll out of her. I decided not to say anything but my entire order was wrong and left the place so frustrated. They even put a soda lid on my ice cream and didn't put it on all the way and ice cream was everywhere. Not one worker even acknowledged me being there and trying to order food. I'm even leaving out some details but don't go to this location!!!!
