This is the best property management company I have ever worked for. Would never go through another one.

Would give negative stars if possible!!! WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER!!! Do not rent from them! The owner Adrian/John...whatever he wants to go by is horrible as well. They will move you in to a unit without even offing you to see if, as if the unit is move in ready, and IT WONT BE! They will go the cheapest route to fix your unit before actually buying anything new for it. You can put in a maintenance request, but nothing will get done. All they're lit properties are TRASH. And if you own a property, DO NOT let them manage it for you! They will run your property into the ground. The have no problem with drug dealers on their properties either. Most of the properties are infested with rats and roaches. Do not these people rob you!! This company needs to be shut down!!! I

Save your money and time and rent through someone else. To start out we moved into a house that they manage and the house was very dirty. We paid to have it professionally cleaned before even moving in even having the carpets clean. Once we moved in we realized more and more was wrong with the house and getting them to fix anything for things to work was like pulling teeth. The house had the previous occupants smoke residue all over the walls.(they were never repainted but they will charge you to repaint them when you move out) Secondly, there was leaks all over the house. Visible water spots, paint and ceilings cracking all over the place. Leaking pipes. Broken window in the basement that we sealed up because it was freezing and the heater was running nonstop.Lights that didn't work in the house. The whole 9. My kids were both sick the entire time we lived in this house ( more than likely due to a mold issue from all of the leaking). It took them on average 1.5- 2 months at a time to fix anything through a maintenance request.And then kept our entire deposit besides 27 dollars of it and will not respond to emails or text. Talking to people around us the 3 previous occupants had moved out of this rental for the same reasons and nothing has changed. RENT THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE.

I highly recommend this rental company. Everyone in the office is really nice and helpful. Anytime I need maintenance even after hours they always get the job done for me. Tina Jackson

Would give these people a zero if that was an option. Spoke with a lady set up a viewing day and time I was told to call the day of the viewing between 8 and 9. Called in no one answered so I left a message. Called a second time at 9. Still no answer but since I had left a message previously I didn't leave another. On my way to the viewing thought I would call to let them you I was headed to meet someone. A man answered said he had just gotten in the office (this is at 1:30. Viewing was for 2p)and there were no messages!!!!

Don't ever rent through this company. If you plan on getting any of your deposit back, don't get your hopes up. Their offices are in a shady part of town and their landlords don't follow state laws for renting. We lived in a duplex and took really good care of it but when it came for us to move out the landlord was nasty to us because we bought a house. He waited until the last minute to tell us that he was having Stanly Steams come out and clean the carpets which was coming out of our deposit. Worst company in Wichita, KS to rent through. Save yourself some money and go with someone else. We will never go through them ever again.

Appreciate the help getting our units rented. Best thing we have ever done using your team. Wish I would have used you years ago! You made it simple and easy.

Do not rent here. Extremely poor management. Does not work with renters on anything from having extermination coming out to having to pay rent a few days late before trying to evict. Would give zero stars if I could.

Landlords to not put your properties with this company. Since the head person is no longer in charge it is going downhill---fast. I had a water leak in a vacant property and was not notified of it until 2 WEEKS after the fact-- only because they wanted to know who the insurance company was! All the carpets in the house were soaked and had water stains on the walls from 3 feet up down to the floor. Then they wanted the insurance check to be made out to THEM which the insurance company would not do. I told them not to take the bills for the water leak out of my monthly check but to send them to me so I could pay them out of the insurance check. They went ahead and took it out of the monthly check anyway. After this I decided to change leasing companies and not have them do any repair work to the property---I couldn't trust them anymore. I have had payment checks be so late as to arrive at the last of the month (they were to be there by the 15th). They will nickel and dime you for everything they can. Counter tops were replaced at a property without my consent and I have no idea what they look like, color, etc. as I didn't get to chose them. I wasn't allowed to have keys to any of my properties unless the property was vacant. If you value your property---don't use this company!!

Worst experience. Call days before to schedule an appt. called to verify someone was still going to be there and was told could not view property because we didn't call an hour before but keep in mind we had not missed the appt time just didn't call a hour ahead and I informed the lady we were viewing other properties and making a decision today. I wouldn't trust this company to manage my property knowing I could be missing out on future clients due to the agent not having a key because a appt made several days prior was not re-verified a hour before but not missed or late.
