Brand Plumbing

Excellent service in a timely fashion! Our hot water heater quit working and poured water all over the laundry and living room. We called Brand Plumbing and they were able to get to us the same day due to the water issue. (We had to shut the water off to the entire house because the water heater continued to leak.) Jeff and Adam were friendly and got the job done quickly. They had a new water heater installed in no time! We were very impressed with their work and will be calling on them in the future. We have a third bathroom we need to finish downstairs and we will call Brand Plumbing first! Thanks for the fast and courteous service guys! We appreciate it!

Called this company last week (Thursday) for an appt, the receptionist Crystal assured me her guys could fix the issue we are having with our RO system. She said they'd try to fit me in Friday, if not, then for sure look for them to come out Monday and said the guys would call 30 mins before arrival. I said ok and waited... Friday came and went - no call. Monday came and went, no call, no show.

A recent hot water tank change somehow prevented our hot water from quickly traveling to our master bathroom on the other end of our home. Brand Plumbing had been really responsive to our urgent need for a replacement, but were unable to figure out why our hot water didn't circulate as before. Max came out and reported he knew exactly how to fix the problem. within 20 minutes he had resolved the issue. Thanks, Max and Brand Plumbing for all your help.

Recommended by family member and have used them 3 times, once during a no-water situation. I've not been disappointed any time. Recently, while the plumber was in the attic, he photographed damage to assist me in showing the vendor's damage to a water line. The plumber took time to fully answer my questions.The office staff are friendly, helpful and patient.
