It was nice that I didn't have to wait in the lobby. I was taken right in to office. Very caring and friendly environment. Would highly recommend it

They made a new page because the reviews were so low on the other one. They had a sign in the office for patients to give a good review for a gift card. I thought the drs were great but the front desk team is a disgrace. They are lazy and unprofessional. I called multiple times for procedures to be scheduled for my kids and they continued to disregard me and my children and blame the insurance for not getting back to them. I called the insurance myself and they advised they sent everything in a month prior!! It was a horrible experience and honestly pretty sad since the drs themselves were good. If Boynton and Boynton want better reviews they need a better receptionist team.
