Good price for a local job when you don't have access to a truck. Would have given 5 stars but staff seemed generally disinterested. Also, didn't like being asked a leading/trick question to find out if I filled the gas tank to full. It wasn't until I was driving home that I realized she didn't really find the gas cap amazing, she only wanted to know if I saw it. I should have just given her my gas receipt.

Staff could care less about customer service. They never attempt to knock on my door for deliveries, just put a note in the mailbox. When I go to pick up packages, they ask me how many packages. I don't know, isn't that their job? The owner was pretty rude, when I went to pick up a package the same day, he was like the note says, blah blah blah, and I told him I was in the neighborhood and stopped by to see if it had made its way back, I had to ask him if he could just look and low and behold my package was their. Lazy. and btw, not everyone likes dogs, that they have roaming around the store

I know this is a third party so there's going to be a markup BUT today I was charged ~$25 each for Priority mail packages that should have cost ~$12 to ship. I'm pretty sure the man there didn't even know how to use the computer so I'm trying to figure out exactly what happened. Anyway, I called back (same day) and asked what to do if a mistake has been made and a customer has been overcharged. Because, you know, CHARGING DOUBLE IS NOT A "MARKUP". And the man said, "What do you mean 'what do I do?'"-- no refunds, if I don't like what they charge, ship with someone else. He refused to try and figure out if a mistake had been made, if I'd even been charged the correct amount in the first place. ZERO customer service. The other thing that made me angry is there is a medium-sized dog on the premises and this man refused to help me when it continued to stick its head in my daughter's infant carrier, even when it was licking her (ARGH!). My daughter is not familiar with anything larger than a pug so larger dogs scare her, and this dog just would not stop and the man refused to make it listen. Then the dog ran out the door and the man abandoned the counter to run after it and myself and another customer had to wait for him to come back. Because I was overcharged on all the packages I sent I'm out ~$30 & my daughter got an unwanted bath from a strange dog. Do yourself (and your children) a favor and do not go to Box Central.
