This place is SO fun!! We came midday on a Friday and it was not packed at all, there are a ton of lanes so they spread everyone out pretty well.I believe it's cheaper to bowl before 4pm if you're renting shoes and buying games. The woman who was taking food and drink orders behind the bar was SO incredibly kind and helpful. I wish I remembered her name because she was the best.I ordered a fountain drink (unlimited refills!), the chicken sandwich and the mozzarella sticks. It was also yummy! This place was clean and looked great.Looking forward to coming back.

Bowlero took over, tripled prices for bowling and food, without doing anything to enhance your experience here. If you're only coming here to eat, please find another option. You'll wait 45 minutes for a burger and fries. Obviously if you're bowling then the wait for your food is more tolerable, but the dining experience is terrible. Foods good, I was starving though when it arrived so I might be a bit bias.

The manager at this location was so amazing! He worked hard to get me the best rate possible when plans fell though with the party planning I thought was in place. He was patient and very nice. I appreciate everything he did to make sure we had a good time. Our waiter was amazing as well, the stayed on top of things for us.

Beware! If you want to I reserve a lane it costs $35. They call it an "event" fee. We got the pleasure of paying to bowl and rent shoes! That's it. Someone was supposedly going to come around to take refreshment orders. No one did ! Very few lanes were in use so it was money thrown away.

Absolutely awful, prices for food are insane. Shoe rentals are $6+ per person. Games are just as expensive per game per person if not more depending on "deals" they have going on. The Alley was way better than this place is now with the new company. They should be boycotted at all costs. Go to Seneca bowl instead.

Less than impressed. Took my grandson here for a fun day. Just like we used to do when it was The Alley. Paid for a game in the arcade and then told we couldn't play it because they were working in the area. Could have told us before we paid for the game. Then went to bowl and had to move lanes twice because of lanes not working right. Shoe rental was ridiculously expensive for a pair of kids shoes. As the grandson said, very frustrating.

this place used to be really good when it was the alley. the restaurant was always good, with a big menu. the bowling was always good. when bowlero took ownership, every thing went downhill. prices went up. quality went down. menu selection is slashed. service is terrible. do not go here. we tried to watch a football game and the tvs wouldn't work. avoid at all costs.
