a large display of seafood
Their lobster mac n cheese. It went in the trash and I wasted my cash. I dumped it out on this paper plate to examine it.

Tried them again a month ago. Nothing has changed. The guy working the counter had zero knowledge of the various cuts possible from a tuna loin. The fish is "you can't be serious" expensive - like, $40 a pound expensive. Like most other markets in Wichita, most of their products are frozen. I'm guessing their "fresh" stuff is also previously frozen, so I save the money and aggravation and just buy from Dillons or Trader Joe's.

Never smells like fish! Great new retail. Love the food to go on fridays! New workers are so bright and friendly! I lI've fresh seafood. The only place in town for great fish. Tried some new lemon olive oil and fancy butter. Lady in there is a chef so she helped me with choices. Five stars.

If you're in the market for great fresh fish and seafood- this is the shop for you!! I make a point to always come here when I visit Wichita. Wonderful selection of fresh fish and seafood- what a surprise in the Midwest! They also carry Wagyu steaks now as well. My favorite is the cold, cooked shrimp sold by the pound. Tail on and deveined. They often have the large Argentine red shrimp as well! Under new ownership now and they have expanded their selection of crackers, jams and such.

Only place in Wichita for never frozen seafood and amazing wagyu beef. Used to have to drive to Manhattan KS, now it's all in one stop! Booth Creek Wagyu. Also, fresh meals to go on fridays!

This place is terrible. I purchased 2 pieces of fish (ahi and a trout filet) and a small pot pie size of their lobster mac n cheese. That mac n cheese was gross with only the hard, red rubbery ends of a lobster claw. Not one piece or lobster meat other than that. $75!!That was on a Tuesday. By Thursday, I see a fish sale. Oh ew. Remember... it takes 2-3 days for fish to be harvested and arrive here by Tuesday. Thursday? It's 4-5 days old. I've tossed fish from there in the last 6 months, it not being eatable. While I was shopping, looking in the frozen cases, I was asked if I was finished shopping... ummm no. I wish I would have been. That mac n cheese was barf worthy.

This place is well over priced for anything remotely reasonable. $40 for non prime grass fed beef is simply unheard of.

Being from SW Kansas I have always had to pay big monies to enjoy fresh seafood. We heard of this spot from a friend and tried it out. We were greeted immediately and the Owner Evan began a conversation. Evan explained the business history and introduced us to Evan. The place is legit as it had a nice assortment of meals already prepared. We walked in right at closing time so the display was empty but through discussion they gathered up what we were looking for. I travel to ICT regularly and I cannot wait to go back to buy more. Looking forward to the Wagyu beef and Blue Point Oysters. Thanks Evan and Jay for the product insight and 5 star customer service! Looking forward to our next visit!

I purchased the Friday lunch special today for the first time and it was fantastic! Salmon patty, a lemony asparagus and garlic aoli. I hope to try more in the future!

Meh. Just meh. Small selection, high prices. Also smells funny even for a fish market. Like smells that really aren't fish...odd.
