Been taking dogs here for over 14 years. Always consistent job always done with care. If you have a problem you just need to let them know they would have cut your poodles ears short if you had said something when you pick your dog up. I do not have to go home and groom my dog when they are done. All the work is completed and my dog looks adorable! Ear hair is plucked, tummy is smooth, under tail is clipped just right. My dog's paws have to be trimmed to show her black paws next to her white coat always a great job and does not charge extra to groom my dogs feet! Never a charge for a knot! Peaches M

I'm really sorry that I have to downgrade my review so much but I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. I knew from the past that they like to keep the poodles ears long so I said quite a few times when I made the appointment that I wanted the ears cut to the leather because the hair always mats so easily. Then I said it several times when I dropped my dog off. When I came to pick him up his ears were still big a bushy. I pointed it out and they offered to cut them then so I stepped out so I wouldn't be a distraction. When I came back in they had trimmed the ears but they were still long. Not only all that but he had been nicked a couple times, he has a little scab underneath his front arm. I maybe over protective but I had a friend last year who just shaved him with a men's razor and didn't nick him. It's still the same lady that meets and greets customers and she still has a lot of enthusiasm, but I dont know if she has new groomers or what, but it's just not the same. It's still cheap but I think I might be looking for a new groomer who has the excitement for my dog and the willingness to listen to what I want

Wonderful place! I was late getting off work but they didn't charge me more for my dog to stay a couple hours later. As long as I picked her up before they closed it wasn't a problem. When I picked up Petra my dog she was excited to see me but show NO sign of distress being there, wanted to get at all the treats for sell. My old dog willow going anywhere wouldn't take a treat for free, but Petra had no problem. I'm sure it's because she enjoyed her time there. Very clean cut and help with her WolfMan style xD my friend from Air capital veterinary clinic suggested them and I'm thankful! It's stressful to leave your fur baby with anyone unknown for the first time. Trust me! GO HERE!

This place is bad really bad I do not and will not ever recommend. Never did the job right!!!Rude and discourteous. If u made a comment that they missed something in grooming your dog, they would blame it on the customer that the customer was complaining too muchWhat they had a hard time with, is realizing who was the customer. Never recommend this business ever ever!!!A past customerWho was DISCUSSED!!!!!!

I've been taking my cocker spaniel here for a little over a year and they do a fantastic job with him. The last time I took him to the vet the vet tech remarked on what a good job his groomer does. They also have a few hooks on the wall that a leash can be clipped to so that dogs can hang out on the grooming floor instead of in a cage (I'm guessing this only works with the smaller dogs). I appreciate things like that.

Top notch all the way!! My two little dogs (both with very long hair) go there every week for a spiff up and about every fifth week, a full groom. Service, grooming skills, and cost are second to none! We love them!! (:

I have a high strung Yorkie, those breeds just are. I knew her haircuts and stuff would be hard for anyone managing her. After I picked her up from here, I immediately knew something was wrong with her. I didn't know if they hit her, yelled at her, or drugged her. One thing I love about Yorkie are their ears. My little girl's ears are ALWAYS standing up. They were completely down when I picked her up and remained down for about 5 hours after I picked her up. She didn't hardly react to me at all when I called her name. Made me even question if she was dog!!! I 100% think they drugged my poor little girl up. I mean it. She acted completely different all night after picking her up. I wouldn't be so furious if they used some type of sedative, maybe even something natural to calm her down, but WITHOUT my approval, I felt it completely rude and unprofessional. She started barking again and asking herself about 7:30-8pm that night. I picked her up around 3. Perfect time for medication to wear off. I do 100% believe they doped my girl up. I would love to put money on this. Will NOT be back.
