Boba Zone

My granddaughter wanted to try Boba so we went in to this clean, cute shop knowing nothing. The young lady working was very helpful, letting us try both regular boba and popping boba. Great customer service! We decided on a Watermelon green tea refresher with mango popping boba. A winner! We'll be back to try more!

This is probably our most favorite place in town to get boba smoothies from.However, the service is always so rude.Every single time we have come in to this place, the girls behind the counter treat you as if you're interrupting their day.Had it only happened one time, I would've jus let it go... but we have been here at least 5-6 times and every single time they are just rude! If you don't care about customer service, def come here for the smoothies.. if you want a good experience, probably find another place.

This place is incredible. I am not from this area and was searching for boba tea. Read the reviews and was hesitant. So glad I ignored them. Probably the best mango milk tea I have ever had. The girl who waited on me was friendly, helpful and made an exceptionally good glass of tea.

The only place in town to buy Boba Tea!!!! I know other places offer it but still, regardless the options in Wichita, this is the best place to go! The staff is friendly and the menu has great options. Also, they will let you alter things around if you like. Everything I have had here is tasty good, so you won't go wrong with what you choose as long as you like what you see in it I think they also still do a punch card so hold tight onto that because after so many punches you get a free Boba drink.... oooo yum!

This place is kind of a hole in the wall, with not much going on inside, but half my house thinks it's hands down the best boba in town. They make it fresh and have tons a choices. If boba is your thing go ahead and give it a whirl.

The boba here is amazing. I've been to almost every boba place in my area and nothing beats this one. My recommended boba to try is the peppermint tea one if you've never been. They have a good selection of flavors and every time I've been, the staff has been pretty nice.

Staff was extremely rude. Gave dirty looks to my sister and my daughter. I will never come back to this boba place. I'll go anywhere else but here. They broke one of the cups and rolled their eyes about it. Awful awful awful customer service.

Didn't have ingredients to make the drinks on their menu and there was a dead roach on the floor.

Extremely Bad Service. Literally the worst boba shop i've been to, basically stole my money. I had never been here before so I ordered, a "Mango Black Tea". I assumed that's what's the "Mango Tea" on the menu meant. I said nothing about "Milk". I payed about $5 for it. The cashier neither confirmed my order or gave me a receipt. When it was ready, I saw it was a cloudy brown and I didn't grab it because I thought it was someone else's order. After 5minutes when she finally told me that it was my order I was thoroughly confused. I wasn't going to switch it out or make a scene if it tasted decent but no, it was extremely terrible. Imagine 3 jars of syrup crammed in to a cup with 3 drops of milk. I just couldn't drink it.I understood that it may have been a miscommunication so I told the cashier that maybe she didn't hear me through my mask and I asked for a mango BLACK tea, not mango milk tea. she told me "you can pay for a new drink, i won't make you a new one" as if they're drinks are worth anything.

Second time I've showed up around 10:30am and traditional boba is not ready/made... if you open at 10am and claim it takes an hour to make the traditional boba and you claim to get in an hour before open it should be ready. I will be going else where from now on. I just thought I would give them a second chance but it's a no go for me. Sweet pops on rock and central is much better and have boba ready anytime, the atmosphere is much better as well. Service is much better everywhere else I've gone to get boba in town.
