Very good service and fast to get you back out on the road. They were very courteous and treated me like a human being not a dollar sign! Thank you Bob!

Think twice about taking your car to this auto repair. I took my car in for a one very specific problem, I was told that the tech did not observe said problem and was promptly told that I needed to repair another system. What really happened is the tech didn't observe the issue so it is not a problem. Right. I asked for a refund of my diagnostic and was told to speak to Darren. What a joke, he implied it was my fault that they did not see the problem, did not offer a refund and any corrective action to garner any trust. I told them what I had observed over the phone and in person to the female attendant when dropped off. I paid 45.00 for a shoddy diagnostic--also not disclosed upon making my appointment to have it looked at. --Why? I repeat WHY do these swindlers not disclose their fees up front. Hmm? Crap business and customer service. I am glad I am following my instinct and taking my car somewhere else. Seriously, give your hard earned money to a more professional auto repair that is NOTshady AF.

Rip off! We took a car in for on estimate on several things that needed work. Due to a holiday and weekend they had us drop the vehicle off. The day they had the estimate ready I had to have my sister pick up the car because I had to work. They charged her nearly $300.00 just for the estimate. We had not been told when we dropped the car off that there would be a charge for the estimate! Nobody mentioned anything about a fee for an estimate! My sister didn't know that we had not been told, so she paid it. Calling them after the fact they said we could have that money applied to the work that they gave us the estimate for, but would not refund it!! Goertz' estimate was much higher than where we went to have the work done. Not an upstanding business! If they're not going to tell me about a fee for an estimate when I drop a car off, how could I trust them to be fair and honest about the work they do?!

Poor quality service, bad recommendations, horrible customer service. My car broke down so I had it towed to Goertz because it was close to my gf's house. The car needed major engine work. After the repair, while going to pick up my kids for visitation, the car broke down. I had to get it towed back to Goertz, losing several hours of time with my kids. They had not re-installed something properly, but the gave no apology. Later I found out that they had not repaired the windshield washer line they cut during the previous repair. Later I had an overheating problem and I should not have taken it back, but I did. They said the water pump needed replacing but also recommended as preventive maintenance to change the timing chain and "related parts" for $1500, but I couldn't afford that. After they put the engine back together, they informed me that a small part that tends to fail after wp replacement did and charged me several hundred to repair it. If they would have told me this part tended to fail and recommended having it replaced only, I would have and would not have had to pay the $300 additional. They should have paid it considering the more than 5 thousand dollars I and the extended warranty company gave them.
