I purchased my M550 hear, they had the best price and discount on top of that. The sale person never bothered me minus a few emails letting me know he is here and he would send videos of car walk around and info. I thought that was a awesome service, the videos were personal as if I was there with him. If from KCMO and did not get that service from the or a price match. Just a good place to go for your next BMW

Please see images for additional info since the text field won't allow for the entire review- I'm supplying one star only because the writers and service manager did all they could do to rectify the incredibly large issue and very bad mistake their shop foreman made to my vehicle (technician ID #14111). The foreman put my and my family's lives at risk. To be clear, I'm in the automotive world. I've worked in BMW certified body shops & dealerships. I'm currently an automotive damage re-inspector for a large insurance carrier and I've been in the business for over 12 years. Yesterday (February 9th, 2022) I brought my vehicle in at 9am for an oil change, engine air filter change and interior air filter change. When dropping it off the service writer recommended flushing & replacing the brake fluid. I agreed and about 2 hours later my vehicle was completed and ready. As I left I noticed that the brake pedal was going almost all the way to the floor. I decided to drive it around the block a bit to get a feel for what it might be. I concluded that there's either little to no brake fluid or the brakes weren't bleed correctly. Keep in mind I have 12 years professional experience, but I grew up working on cars and playing with cars my whole life. I felt comfortable in this situation, but a novice (as many people are in this world) would have potentially gotten hurt or worse since the brakes weren't working almost at all, even when I slammed them on the vehicle never came to a complete stop and continued rolling, so it's feasible that a novice could have tried stopping at a red light, couldn't stop and wen into the intersection causing damage to multiple cars and even worse being hurt or possibly even dying. I took the vehicle back, it had been about 10 minutes at this point. I called as I was almost there about 5 minutes away and advised them I'm coming back and explained the issue. When I arrived I requested that the technician and the manager come out in the service drive and check the fluid in front of me so that I can put my eyes on it and as well review this with them to ensure I wouldn't be lied to of what the problem was. I video taped this first portion on my cell phone in my pocket because I wanted to have the ability to protect myself with footage if needed. The service writer looked frantically for the technician calling him over and over again.

Fantastic!!! I'm in town from Dallas. Driving up Friday night, I hit a deer. Saturday morning I stopped by, to get some assistance assessing the damage. Mason jumped into action and found a technician that happened to be on hand (service is closed on Saturday). Keith took my car back and assessed the damages, which were thankfully minor, and made the car safe for me to drive back home to Dallas. A HUGE Thank You to Mason and Keith for going above and beyond to relieve my stress about the car and getting home!!!

I couldn't be happier with a dealership and a new car purchase. I'd been a long time Japanese luxury car owner and wanted something different. I highly recommend Jesus at BMW. We were considering a new Lexus RX or GX or even an RC. We went to Lexus and was greeted promptly. Somehow they couldn't find the cars wed asked and never got back with us. We then walked around and found a new Mercedes GLE ($80K+) and were very interested. Just couldn't find a single person to help us. Saw salesmen walked around but not 1 said a word to us. That wasn't the 1st time either. We were there 3 times. So we figured they didn't want our money. Went to Audi. They were nice and helpful but Audi just wasn't for us. We went to BMW and ran into Jesus. He was busy with a customer but he stopped and said hi to us. I actually bought the MDX from him 2 yrs ago at Acura. I'm telling you, you cannot get another salesman that is more honest, caring and willing to help you with your car purchase. He stayed late, even answered questions on his day off. He kept in contact, went above and beyond to help us find the right car. We test drove the 2019 X4, 2019 X6 with M package, 2019 X5 but couldn't decide. He was very patient and explained everything in details. Never once try to push us to buy. We weren't even in the market for a BMW but because of Jesus, we bought the 2019 BMW X5. We love BMW now . They are truly The Ultimate Driving Machine. Jesus even checked on us after the purchase. I will be back in about 2 yrs for another car and will absolutely buy from Jesus without a second thought. The whole process went super fast and smooth. That is how you win and keep customers.

Buyer beware! I flew to BMW of Wichita to buy a used, low mileage 2015 BMW 335i M Sport ( VIN: WBA3A9C51FKW74772 ) that the dealership salesperson described as near flawless, touted the clean Carfax with no accidents, etc. Since I was in Texas, I asked her to do a thorough visual inspection and let me know about ANY flaw on the car; I even told her about a previous bad out-of-town-car-buying experience of undisclosed damage as an example of why I was so particular. A single rock chip on the hood was the only thing the salesperson found and sent a photo of. Great! So I agree to buy, make a refundable deposit and book my flight. When I arrive, they meet me at the airport, drive me to the dealership, and take me to the freshly detailed car where it doesn't take long to discover that most of the driver's side of the car had been repainted...and not well. Thick paint beads at the door edges, orange peel, fish eyes at the tops of the door panels, visible sanding marks in the base coat, and numerous paint inclusions and imperfections were on both doors; and who knows what body work had been done to it prior to the repaint. There was also a tear in the leather in the middle of one of the rear seats that wasn't mentioned either...another issue that should have been extremely easy to notice and disclose. The salespeople were nice and apologetic for not noticing the paint work, but the manager wouldn't offer more than a $500 discount on what would (and should) cost me $2K+ at a reputable body shop to properly prep and repaint the panels to anything close to factory-quality, and even then it's a car that's been repainted and as such would have diminished value. I decided to cut my losses and pass on the car. No reimbursement for the return flight I had to hastily buy was offered, even though I'd asked as a way to make things right. A word of advice to anyone that's planning to travel to this dealership to buy a "no-accident, clean Carfax" BMW, have them check every body panel to look for specific evidence of paint work and check for variations in paint thickness with a paint micrometer, because their "thorough reconditioning process" isn't very thorough. And to whoever buys this car, good luck with that shoddy paint job.

Absolutely horrible service on all levels. Purchasing, service, customer service. I ended up purchasing my vehicle from Kansas City and try to service there as well due to horrible service at this particular location.

Mason Binns worked on my car was not a gentleman when he came out to talk to me. Will definitely be calling corporate about him. Will never be going back to bmw because of mason and the words he said. Corporate will be notified.

First off, I must say that Chance Hall is the best Service Manager I have ever interacted with at Walser BMW of Wichita!! I have owned a few BMWs and have been going to Walser for 6+ years now for my service appointments. I brought my latest BMW i3 in for it's yearly service and to get some visual imperfections fixed. The quirkiness of my i3 caused some issues and Chance immediately stepped in being the fine manager he is and got all of the issues taken care of completely. I have had my fair share of interactions with previous Service Advisors and Service Mangers over the years and Chance is by far the best one I have interacted with. He actually cares about the reputation of Walser BMW and he takes pride in the of quality service his team provides. Thanks to Chance, I am 1000% satisfied with Walser and want to thank him for his excellence and coming through for me.

I have owned BMW's and have taken my cars to the dealership since Joe Self BMW. Through the transitions of ownerships I have seen several service managers. Walser now has the best service manager out of the group in Dave McAmis. Dave has an unmatched level of customer focus and service. I will remain a customer as long as he continues to run things.
