I was on a cross country trip in my 2009 BMW X5 when it broke down in Stillwater, Oklahoma. I was 99% sure it was the throttle body but, it was throwing off so many error messages I couldn't be sure. With the engine in protective mode, I was able to limp the 120 miles in to Wichita on a Thursday night. Shayla booked me in for 8:30 am on Friday and by 10:00 am, they had diagnosed the main problem - throttle body and the secondary problem - battery registration. I had to spend the weekend in Wichita waiting on parts but by noon on Monday, I was back on the road and finished 4,000 more miles of my trip without any trouble.Had I waited in Stillwater, there was only one place in town that would even look at my BMW and he said he couldn't get to it until the following Thursday - 7 days from when my vehicle broke down.BMER Tech did a great job and I only wish that I lived closer so I could use them as my regular independent BMW Mechanic.

Twice I had to take my vehicle back after repairs. First time I got it back it was leaking oil all over the driveway. Second time I got it back it leaked coolant everywhere and had to get it towed back. They have a young punk kid working there who is very rude. They rarely answer the phone. There prices are cheaper than the dealer, but quality of service is bad. Trust me just go to the dealer or a more professional shop.

I was ready to throw in the towel on BMW's and the cost to maintain them until I was told to check this place out. Shayla and her husband Luis run a top notch BMW Auto repair shop that is reasonable and professional. He was able to squeeze me and the M5 in right away and got the problem diagnosed (throttle actuator) and work done so quickly with OEM parts. Luis is very knowledgeable, and has gained my trust in him. I will definitely service my car here from now on. Great place! Keep up the good work and good luck at the new shop!

Very professional. Very reasonable. I'm so pleased to find them. Having an older BMW can be worrisome. But having them to service takes all the worry away. Very fair and trust worthy.

I used to come here under the past owner. The new owners are terrific. This can be a hard place to find but it's well worth it. Trustworthy, good people. Small family owned/run business with a couple of mechanics. Louis' is the owner. His wife, Shayna, who is also knowledgable about mechanics, runs the office. They were quick to stop what they were doing to help me find out what my cars problem was as soon as I drove up. The timing chain was making a horrible noise. Bad oil leak- gasket. And although he couldn't get it fixed until later in the day he insisted on topping it up with the proper oil to protect the engine. No charge. He was happy to show me exactly what the problem was before doing any work.Buying a gasket turned out to be a complicated thing. The Mazda dealer said they would have to buy the oil cooler unit with the gasket- a device that would cost hundreds of dollars especially for an outside shop. Louis said it would probably cost more for him to do the work than the dealer. After some contemplation on having the work done at the Mazda dealership that has a service department with a bad attitude (I do want to mention that their sales force are very nice)... I told Louis to go ahead and do the work, extra charges and all. The next day his wife called me to say they had found someone online who would sell just the gasket and would have it shipped overnight. Love that online research she did. The total cost was about $150 at BMER - a savings of $500+ over the Mazda dealership. So, I have found a local shop that I can trust and won't hose you down. They are new and still getting a waiting area together but provide free WiFi. I didn't mind.
