Selection of mums, tulip bulbs and indoor plants were fantastic. However, the indoor plant prices are higher than at other places. Staff have been friendly each time I've visited and they have a coupon you can use on regular priced items if you attend an education session there or ask to learn about them.

Beautiful nursery with very helpful and kind staff. We got our Christmas tree there for a wonderful price and we are NOT disappointed. Plus some delicious local honey. Thank you.

We have used Blueville to winterize our sprinkler system ever since we moved into our home in 2018. They come in at the beginning of winter and pump water out and switch off the system, and then again in Spring to turn the system on. This year, we are thoroughly disappointed with the service. They came on April 22 to turn the system on. We were not there when the serviceperson came (usually, they give us a heads up and we leave garage door open). When we checked in the evening, the system had been turned on in the garage (the control panel), but one of the valves outside was still closed. We thought the person who came forgot to turn it one (which would be weird since they are supposed to test to see that all the sprinklers are working). We turned to valve on, only to notice that there was a big leak. We had the number of the person, so we called him the following day. He said that he would have to check his notes, to see what he had wrote down and whether he had noted any issues (mind you, we called the day after he had been to our home!). We gave it a couple of days. We called again, he did not pick the phone. We called the Blueville Nursery office and reported the issue. The person who picked the phone said they did not have a report about our house. And that they do not have a record of us being their customer!!! She asked for time to look into the issue and get back to us. That is the last we heard from them. Needless to say, we are looking for someone to fix the leak and to do our winterization moving forward.

Could not reccomend for lawn service. They perform the maintenance at our townhomes. Their low mowing, turf damage from trying to use riders in too small and high slope areas, aggressive weedeating and ineffective preemergent control has degraded our lawn area significantly. I have had at least 4 conversations with their crews as well as their area representative and always get the same story; they are unable to train and adequately supervise their new employees. Their leads seem to be aware of how those practices degrade the turf quality, it is just not a priotity for them to translate that into quality work.Ealier this year we replaced our drive in part because their aggressive weedeating had dug channels along the side of the drive which had allowed water to undermine the drive over time. I have asked them repeatedly not to dig channels along the edge of the drive but have not been successful at getting them to stop. Attached pic was taken right after they sprayed yard for broadleaf weeds (Might have gotten effective control if they picked the leaves up before they sprayed).Great staff at their garden store though. Always very helpful.

Lovely and healthy flowers, shrubs and trees. We've bought a river birch, many viburnums, and lots of flowering plants over the years. All have done well. Blueville has products not available in other MHK garden centers. Knowledgable and friendly staff.

Bluevillle customer service seems to be non-existent. We purchased 2 trees from them. We were told it would be 1-2 weeks to plant them. 3 weeks have passed and nothing has been planted. Calls to the company are passed back and forth until they may have someone who can help. Usually they ask to take a message. I have left 4 messages and not one was returned. If you want good service you should look elsewhere.
