On a girls trip, driving to Wichita, we were forced to exit the highway & take refuge in the little town of Minneapolis, KS. Thankfully, it was a Friday night & we managed to make our way to the Blue Moon before the storm hit! The staff were SO kind, helpful & welcoming! The venue itself is amazing- a cozy space tucked away in a basement with old rock walls. It was truly an adventure we'll remember forever & we hope to return some day!

Glad to see this place re-open! Great family owned business with awesome food and a great place to visit with each other over a meal. The staff and servers are exceptionally friendly. They can handle larger parties with ease. I highly recommend!!

A great place to eat. It takes awhile to get the food, but it is soooo worth it. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed.

Good atmosphere and a great wait staff with free popcorn. I ate there last night and paid $18.00 for a filet mignon that took an hour and 45 minutes to get to my table. Perhaps they cannot cater to large groups of people, and that is why my order of fries consisted of seven, not-so-warm fries, and a very small salad. The bread was generous, and the waitress was very accommodating. I would be interested in eating there again in a small group of two to see if that makes a difference.

The 5 star aspect of this place was the waitress. We were told by the owner when we arrived that there was only one waitress and our wait could be long. The lone waitress was amazing, very personable and really good at her job. The wait was very long but my wife and I enjoyed our time together. My wife ordered the strip steak and it was overcooked but she said it was ok. I ordered the burger and it was inedible. Extremely overcooked, dry, burned around the edges. The worst burger I have ever had. I searched for a good steakhouse to take my wife to for our anniversary. This place has excellent reviews but we were incredibly disappointed.

Ready for an experience? Tucked away, but followed the crowds of people parking and walking to the entrance...not difficult since it was the only business open upon 2nd Street. Greeted by Kerm grilling outside; greeted by Kathleen seating guests inside. Ultra friendly and helpful staff. Delicious, straight forward menu. First couple of hours are those guests who made reservations for dinner: families and large parties celebrating birthdays and the like. Remaining hours welcomed the younger, drinking crowd who just might take the chance at rounds of karaoke. An enjoyable, small town niche.
