Spacious, clean, and friendly knowledgeable staff. My Chirashi order was impressive and positively delicious! Husband's order of Eel Roll, Salmon Skin Roll and Spicy Salmon hand roll was equally delicious and satisfying. Even the green tea was refreshing.Definitely give this place a try when you're in the mood for fresh, delicious and expertly prepared sushi!

We came here on a Sunday night for dinner. It was not too busy and we were seated right away.We started with the Philadelphia roll, which was fresh and delicious. For my meal I had one of the specialty rolls and it was one of the best rolls I have ever had. I wish I would have remembered the name. My spouse has the ramen which he enjoyed, especially since it was so cold outside. The waitress was friendly, and the food came out very fast.

One of the best places in wichita to get sushi. The rice to fish ratio is always perfect while the fish is always fresh and rice never dry. They have a great selection of rolls and a good happy hour. If you are wanting some fresh sushi in wichita is with great service I would recommend blue fin.

The service was great and no wait time when we went. The atmosphere was average with plenty of seating. The food was good. The higher priced sushi tend to have more in them. This place was more of a 3.5 stars but I rounded up. The appetizers were great and the udon was only available in snack size.

Stopped by for dinner after seeing the wichita thunder play. Took a few minutes for someone to seat us as we were standing there staring at the staff while they were all busy. I feel like they need a wall divider to block the view of the restaurant when you in, to hide and section off the restaurant Someone stated this was the best sushi place in wichita and I would beg to differ. The sushi was good, but the best. There is a bar hidden out of sight until you get seated. There's also a private room available for rent. Our waitress was very sweet and nice and attentive. That makes any dining experience so much better!3/5 - gyoza3/5 - mixed tempura2/5 - Combo C3/5 - sexy roll 3/5 - spider roll3/5 - salmon volcano3/5 - Spider-Man I think there are other places that have better sushi.

The sauce on chicken katsu bento was literally BBQ sauce with sesame seeds sprinkled on top, which is not authentic at all. The sushi rolls and nigiri was pretty good. The rest of the food was decent. The inside is nothing special and has plenty of seating. On the bright side, it was not busy and the food arrived relatively quickly after ordering off the menu. Overall, this place earns 3 and a half stars.

New in town and since we are from CA decided to check out the sake bar! Our server was really nice and conversational. She went over her favorites there and what was popular. We ended up going with a few of their rolls and some nigiri. It was all pretty good! The drinks were unique and went well with the food. Try the fruity sake flight! Will return!

Downtown already with my boys, I brought them here for early dinner. Walking in, the host told us it would be a 30-minute wait. He told the people behind us the same thing, but yet we were still seated within five minutes. SCORE.With an impressive selection of rolls to choose from, my kids went nuts...and ordered California Rolls. Oh well, I'll teach them culture eventually.As for me, I went with Eel and Avocado, Spicy Tuna, and Spicy Salmon. I've had Sushi all around the world and simply know what I like. This was very good.Service was good, food was stellar, and my kids were happy. Is there a better experience?

Ran into Blue Fin Sake Bar for a late lunch after a visit to the Art Museum.The house sake was really good. We had sushi rolls, some kind of lobster bites and I had yellowtail and udon. I have to say they used some sweet teriyaki sauce on the yellowtail that I did not like but the fish was fresh and delicious. Everyone liked their meals overall. The service was really good and prompt. The Ambiance can use some work, a bit of a smell when you entered the restaurant but overall a pretty good choice.
