Bionic Burger Hamburgers

Always a great place to come and eat! Food came out exactly as I ordered it and it came out very quick. They were slammed with a bunch of people inside and in the drive through and were handling it like pros. Will be back for sure.

I've been coming to bionic burger for more than two decades and it is one of my favorite places to get a burger. They source their hamburger meat from a quality beef supplier whom I have friends that work there and know that it's top-notch beef. They always give way too many fries and for some reason I still manage to always forget this and can never finish them. I do highly recommend that if you want to keep your portion sizes modest that you share fries with a friend, haha.

The burgers are really good, esp if you're an onion lover. & they do give a LOT of fries....so I promise you, you don't need your own lol save yourself a few bucks and share with someone.My only complaint is that the staff comes off kind of cold. Drive thru feels rushed. Felt pressured to just order something even though I really needed a min to read the menu. Probably would've spent more money if I didn't feel pressured to order quickly. But hey it is what it is not my problem

I tried ordering 3 times in the drive thru and the young lady couldn't read my order back to me correctly all 3 times.I finally got frustrated cause I was on my lunch hour and it was almost up. So I said I would have to go somewhere else.While driving around the building and by the drive thru the lady leans out the window to tell me I need anger management classes. I proceeded to call and ask for the owner to contact me. That never happened. Bionic Buger had been around a long time and so have I and I have supported this local business for as long as I can remember. But I refuse to be treated and spoke to by someone I do business with the way she did.I work with the public and would never speak to a customer in that manner.

Bacon cheeseburger. Onion rings. Quick. Delicious. Crispy rings. Attentive staff. Clean yet small dining area. Hit the spot.

giving 2 stars because fries and rings were good. drive thru on 9/22/22. burgers had to have been Jr's. but paid for bigger ones. so thin you could read through them. called and they said they would replace them. decided on that fir lunch today. said they had no record of it only thing on books with same name had already been used. think I would remember doing that. my opinion is that they just didn't want to replace what they screwed up. that's ok. can spend my money elsewhere. not good enough to be upset missing out on their food. plenty of good burgers in town.tj's is definitely worth a little more of a drive.

Drive thru service - B, was not the fastest but not a long wait by any means. Employee still apologized for the wait time.Ambiance - N/AFood - A, exactly what I expected and wanted from a burger joint. Bacon cheeseburger ketchup and mayo with a side of hand cut fries smothered is cheese sauce. Washed down crisp refreshing fountain drink.

THE GENERAL MANAGER THREW THE CHANGE DIRECTLY IN MY FACE.I came through the drive thru and ordered a bacon cheese burger. I got my order and the meat didn't taste right the bun was not toasted and the burger was dry. The fries I ordered was cold too. I asked for it to be remade the GM refused to remake it and said she was just give me a refund. I never asked for a refund I just asked for it to be remade is what I told her. She threw the change directly in my face. The staff is terrible rude and very unprofessional! General managers are supposed to resolve conflict not create more, she needs to be fired immediately. She always has the worst attitude, if you don't like your job get a new one!

The food was delivered soggy and unedible. The manager didn't even want to give me a refund like any other reasonable restaurant. And the Ambiance of the place was nothing noteworthy either. Any other burger place in Wichita would be way better
