Billy's Blue Duck BBQ

I love this place.... The food is always great, the waitress's are super friendly & understand that it's a big menu and you need a little extra time. I'm only in Liberal a few times a year but this is always 1st on my list of restaurants & I've never left disappointed. The ambiance is great too.... I highly recommend this place

Very good service and ambiance but food was only so-so. Pork belly bits were not cooked long enough to render/tenderize the fat, hard to eat.

The best BBQ in Liberal. Our family enjoyed bowling and then dinner. The girls got pizza and it looked appealing, we got the BBQ and fell in love. The daily specials are very appealing too. We will be returning.

I was staying in town (chasing storms) and found this was open later than most of the other places in town. The two bartenders were friendly and somewhat conversational. Great selection on the menu. Food came to my spot at the bar quickly. It's not overly noisy and there were quite a few people there. I'll be back the next time I'm chasing storms around town again.

Good food, good staff. Probably the only true bar atmosphere in this town. Wing choices are lacking but the overall menu is fairly diverse. Avoid hamburgers they are underwhelming at best.

This place is massive! I was surprised by how many people that were there for it being a Monday night. They have a food special just about every day of the week. The atmosphere is pretty cool and all the workers seemed really nice and helpful. The food was not spectacular though. I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was as well done as could possibly be without it being burnt and the fries were incredibly greasy. They're ranch is phenomenal though- honestly if it weren't for the ranch, I probably wouldn't have eaten very much of it

This place is huge! Great Margaritas and food! Friendly staff and so were other customers. We are from Wisconsin traveling to Tucson, Arizona. We made a few friends here. We plan to stop again in our way back home.

Don't come here if you don't like salty food. They serve small portions. The service was crappy and waiter didn't know what they were doing. The only good thing about the place was that it was clean.

I usually never leave bad reviews but I feel I have to. Sunday special, chicken. fried, tenders or gizzards. mashed potatoes gravy and corn. my husband and I both ordered fried. then gizzards to go. waitress asked if we needed more Pepsi before the meal arrived. I said yes please. no refills yet. brought out our plates. I'm front of husband was fried chicken. my plate had a chicken fried steak. now, I said to her I had ordered the chicken, she says I HEARD CHICKEN FRIED STEAK. I again politely told her she misheard me. now, I would've just kept what she brought and been happy with it but the special, $6.95. The steak $16. she exchanged them no problem. aside from the chicken looked as though it was maybe a very young chicken, very dry white meat and the wing was just bone and breading. when we took the gizzards to go got home and there was no corn nor a roll. they need to reconsider the specials and how long to keep the chicken in a warmer.

Service & Food were great! We were passing through on our way back to Arizona. Thanks to Yelp we found this place & enjoyed.
