Husband I needed moved this last fall. And we're getting up in age so we decided to find a moving company. We'd seen this other lady's review all over the place, but heard from others we knew that Bill's was good. We decided we'd hire them just for the big stuff. Our new landlords confirmed we made a good decision because they apparently use them all the time and when something has been broken (ie, a lamppost outside), they replaced it within 48 hours. We're glad we went this route. I think they were surprised that with a two bedroom house we had so little to move. But of course as I mentioned we moved most of it ourselves. We also had the furniture ready to go and clean so it was easy for them to load. We tried to stay out of their way as they were bringing it into the house, but we're right there to let them know where to put it. Making the arrangements with the lady on the phone a month ahead of time was very simple. I did call a couple days in advance to confirm the move since the set up was almost too easy. No troubles. They arrived about 30 minutes later than they said they were going to, which was making us nervous since we knew we were their first move of the day and there was another lady they needed to move later on in the afternoon after us. The guys were friendly. They took good care of our stuff. They charged us on the low side of their estimate because it did go so fast for them and our stuff was clean. All in all, I thought it was a very fair deal. I'd for sure call them again. And encourage others who have used Bill's to write their own positive reviews.

Not recommended whatsoever in way. Not professional and damaged a lot of new furniture. Quoted one price, charged another. Hired 3 men and a truck. They showed up with 2 men and the third man stated he was hurt from the previous move and could not help. Find another company that is honest, professional and will not damage your belongings.

Do yourself a favor and hire someone out of Wichita. If you do hire this company, do not pay them until you've carefully checked for damages to your home. They only insure/bond the items in transit. They DO NOT take responsibility for the home itself - for example, gouged drywall, scraped wood floors, torn linoleum, etc. Their excuse was that it was a "tough move and the guys were tired." I told them I completely understood being tired, but they need to take breaks even if it takes longer to do the job. And that Bill's Moving & Storage should stand behind accidents such as damaging the drywall and ripping the linoleum. I hired a professional company and expected professional work.As the owner's son, Jeff Rogers, left my home, he laughed and told his wife Mollie, "Yeah, these people aren't going to see a dime." And they both walked off laughing. The next week I went to the storefront and spoke to the owner, Netter. She offered me $100. I'm holding the check trying to decide what to do next. I've contact a professional drywall company to give me a bid on the repair, painting company to color match the paint and labor required to cover the damages and a flooring company for new linoleum. All of this will likely total more than the cost of the whole move.I was completely understanding that accidents happen, but I fully expected the company to make it right. I'm highly disappointed in this moving company. I do not recommend anyone to hire them due to the poor quality of their work and their lack of professionalism. And if you do hire them, hopefully you don't have a "big job" and their crew gets tired!P.S. If you need a gun safe moved - Bill's Moving & Storage will charge $250. Tip: rent a "vending machine dolly" from Reger Rental for $15 and do it yourself. It took me and my husband 5 min to load to our own trailer and 5 min to unload!
