I have been a customer of theirs for years. I purchased a Triumph from the in 2001 and the sale went very smooth. They also are the local dealers for Triumph, Victory, Schwinn, Qlink, Vetrix, Polaris and several costom cycle brands. They also carry all the Harley after market parts to customize your ride.OK with all that said they are weak in keeping repair parts for any brand. They seem to always have to order what ever I need. Since I ride a Triumph that I got from them, I wish they were a better Triumph dealer. I know several other Triumph riders that feel the same way and we take our bikes to Ok. City for any repair work and I normally order my parts from the internet

Great place to do business. I am a professional Streetbike freestyle rider and recently did i show for them. I can not say enough how friendly they are and it's locally owned business where you can actually meet the owner and family. How can you go wrong, great family with a great staff. And I had a issue with my motorcycle while I was there and there service shop got me fixed up in no time. They have all the state of the art tools and the know how to go with it. Like I said can't say enough about this place one of my favorite places I've done a show at!!!!!

Amazing staff! They know their stuff! In a world where customer service seems to be dead, it is so nice to find a place where you leave feeling like you have a friend and you aren't walking out paying twice what you were quoted. This is definitely our new spot for repairs and gear! And hopefully to get a 2nd bike soon!

I took in my Stratoliner Deluxe in for tire replacements. They were very courteous and listened to what I had to say. I was impressed and the bill was what was quoted. I hope to use them for all of my repairs in the future. I will NOT return to Mid America Motorsports. They tried to price gouge again.

With all the stock really easy to find, I was in a hurry, and happy to be in and out so quickly. The staff were really helpful and super friendly. They gave me good advice and I was really happy with my purchases. Even as a woman going in here by myself, I felt totally comfortable. Will definitely return.

On October 8, 2024, I brought my UForce 1000cc to Biker's Edge in Wichita, Kansas, for dash repairs that I was explicitly told would be covered under warranty (by Logan). But instead of doing the right thing and waiting for authorization from the warranty department, they jumped ahead and did the work without approval from them or myself. Now, I'm stuck with a $260 bill because the warranty department refused to cover it. Why? Because there was only a loose nut behind the dash, and no parts were broken. So now I'm out $260 for a loose nut. This entire situation is beyond frustrating. I made it crystal clear that this needed to be covered under warranty or call me to get my approval after they had a cost for me, but they chose to do the work anyway, without confirmation--and then expected me to pay for it. And as if that wasn't enough, it took them two days to even find my warranty in the first place. This is an absolutely ridiculous way to run a business. When you take a vehicle to a dealership, they at least have the decency to check out the problem, call the warranty department, and let you know what's covered before they touch anything. But not Biker's Edge. They just do the work and stick you with the bill no matter what. It's a joke. Customers should be able to trust that warranty repairs will be handled properly, but after this, I've lost all faith in their service department. And here's the kicker--when I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me the warranty claim was denied because the warranty department wouldn't cover it. I called the warranty department myself and found out the real reason: Biker's Edge labeled the issue as an "adjustment." If they had simply told the truth--that the gear shifter was getting stuck in the steering wheel--they would have covered it as a safety issue, no problem. That was the warranty department's exact words. This isn't even about the $260 anymore. It's about the dishonest and shady business practices at Biker's Edge. From what I was told by the warranty department, they make more money when they bill the customer instead of going through the warranty process. I will never set foot in this place again. I'll happily drive an hour to another service department that actually values their customers and doesn't screw them over.Avoid Biker's Edge at all costs unless you want to get burned like I did.

Terrible bussiness. Extremely high employee turn over rate. Owner doesn't take responsibility. If you bought a Suzuki RMZ Army Edition recently, just know Bikers Edge is trying to sell your special edition parts you were supposed to receive with your bike after warranty registration.

My 'o4 Triumph Sprint took ill with a charging problem while on my annual jouney from PA to CO. I was 80 miles south of Wichita at a gas-stop when she refused to start after a fill-up. I started calling every place I could find and when I finally got Brian from Biker's Edge on the line, I started to feel like there was hope! He was positive and said, get the motorcycle here and we will definitely get to work on solving the problem. He recommended a guy who would come down and tow it to Wichita. Fortunately, I gave the starter another shot, and it fired up. I sped up I35 and got to shop about 2pm and Brian introduced me to Levi, the tech who was ready to start work. Brian got me to a nearby Hotel and I settled in. By early next day, Levi had diagnosed a burned-out Stator and had found one in WI at Parts Unlimited. The part was shipped and got to Biker's Edge about 10am next day. Levi was on it and by 1pm, I was back on the road to Denver. I could not have asked for more service, attention, and expertise. GREAT JOB, GUYS. In Wichita, motorbike service is spelled "Biker's Edge"!! JR, West Chester, PA

I went in to Bikers Edge and it was kind of like a maze. When I got in there, no one was there to greet me and no one asked me if I needed help on anything. I found my way over to the parts counter, and it seems like the guy there had no interest in helping me. It also seemed like I knew more than him and he's a parts SPECIALIST! I brought in everything I needed replaced, and it took about 30 minutes to place an order for only 3 simple parts. Not to mention the shipping took about 6 weeks, and when I went to pick up the parts, only 2 had come in, and 1 of the 2 parts that came were wrong and not what I needed. I was surprised, because there was no way to get my order wrong if I brought in the part and showed him exactly what I needed, right? Anyways, I would not recommend Biker's Edge, at least their parts department. B's Motorsports and Jay Hatfield are the way to go if you need any parts or help with anything. Thanks!

This is my 2nd Victory to take to Bikers Edge for performance upgrades, the first one was outstanding. This Victory was in for service and custom work. 1 week ETA turned into a little over 3 weeks. The price quoted was almost $1000 under the final bill. The quality was great as always. The throttle response not quite as impressive as with my earlier bike. I will still take my Victory to them when needed.
