Once again the staff did an amazing job upgrading my bike and provided me with outstanding service. I highly recommend this bike shop, it's the best in town.

The place to go for bikes and service in Wichita! I have purchased two bikes through BP and each experience has been great. For the serious rider, the bike fitting by Jason is a must. Get your bike fit and your rides will be so comfortable!

Excellent experience! I stopped in to ask some questions concerning size and fit and met Ruth. Although moderately busy she greeted me with a smile. She gave me her attention and answered my questions with straight forward, knowledgeable answers. I was able to test ride two bikes that fit my criteria with Josh and gained even more knowledge about the products. I will be back to purchase!

Buyer beware. We have gone here and they quoted me $300 to repair a $300 bike. Well I took it to another shop and the repair will only run $100. They were just going replace items that were not needed. The workers were polite but just over selling. I do understand they are trying to make money but really.

Brought my bike in because the shifting was being wonky and I couldn't diagnose it. Zach spent a solid amount of time troubleshooting it, and got it resolved. They charged me more than a fair price to fix it same day. It was clear to me Zach cared about doing a quality job and was willing to take the time to get it right. Highly recommend bringing your bike to Bicycle Exchange for service. These guys know their stuff!

Very POOR experience with this shop on a simple bike repair. I took my bike in to the Bicycle Pedaler in Wichita, Kansas, for a new tube. The teenager who was supposedly the "bike mechanic" on duty wasn't sure which direction to turn the nuts to loosen the wheel and turned them the wrong way at first. Then he had a lot of trouble getting the rim out of the frame. After he got the new tube installed, he inflated the tire to full pressure and then tried to force it back into place on the frame, ripping a brake pad loose from the caliper. He half-heartedly pressed the pad back on, but it was not secure. At that point, the brake pads weren't aligned to press on the rim on both sides - one was actually pressing on the tire, until I mentioned that it should press on the RIM. I was watching all this but he never admitted to accidentally busting the rubber brake pad loose. When I got home, I had to get the rim straight in the frame again, adjust the derailleur (which would not shift smoothly after the "mechanic" replaced the tube), and for safety reasons, I put a new set of brake pads on the calipers. As you can see from the photos, the "mechanic's" attempt to reinsert the pad did not re-seat it securely and NO WAY was I going to rely on that to stop with when it looked like the pad could come out.Considering my own time to fix the issues my bike had from being "repaired" by this shop, plus the cost of a new pair of brake pads, and I should have just installed the new tube myself. No plans to go back to the Bicycle Pedaler.

I have a Swagatron Bike.....NOT the best bike to work on but Ezra , bless his heart, did his best and tried....I wasnt mad. well a lil disappointed that the breaks couldn't get fix, being thats it my ONLY means of transportation in Newton, but he tried.....Thxfully, i got the breaks fix.....What bothered me was leaving without paying for the Disc break...omw home it ate at me....Sure they ordred the part that i needed, Sure he said When the part comes we will charge you...thats all good but my soul didn't sit right....Thx U Ezra n I guess the Owner for the UPMOST CUSTOMER service....#SaluteAnd in Case ppl are wondering ,YES i did call that payment in for the Disc Break, tho i wanted the complete wash down lol , but aye, what can i say....BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIVED IN KANSAS (tho i don't leave Newton that much)

We have been looking for a new bike for our son for months, and we're grateful they called us when one came available from the wait list. We drove down from KC, Renee set our son on his way including how to use the gears & how to remove the front wheel. She made little sis feel included as well. We had a great experience every step of the way with Bicycle Pedaler and appreciate their level of service.
