Best Western Plus - McPherson

We arrived later in the evening and there was a sign at the desk to call a number for assistance. That's fine, it was after 9pm. Well that sign was at the front desk every time we came through, no matter what time of day it was. Yet there was staff hanging out at the pool or in the cafe area, sitting with family/friends or nowhere to be found. The evening we arrived the pool was packed, which was a little odd since it was so late. We left for about an hour and came back and everyone was leaving the pool at that time, some of which got in their vehicles and drove off. We came to realize, the workers family and friends come and eat the breakfast and hangout at the pool. Also, ppl that live there do the same. Aside from how bizarre and unprofessional this was, the room was clean but the bed was very hard. I don't foresee us staying at this hotel again.

I had a group of friends stay in this Best Western last year and it was recommended again so I called to book rooms. I spoke to a Mary and she was really good. I got a block of rooms for about $6 a room cheaper than I could even going online. This place is one of the nicest hotels in McPherson. If I remember right, it even had two EV plugins.
