Cab #23 worst driver and rude just like Tim. This business needs to close soon. Their not family operated, full of scum bags.
No smoking sign but still all the cabs smell like cigarettes and their dirty cabs. Never cleaned or maintenance with dead roaches.

I had a 9:30 appointment to get a haircut. I booked a time with Best Cabs for an exact time and day I needed a 1.5-mile ride. They said it was taken care of. I was ready and waiting for them. No one showed up. I had to cancel my appointment.When I request a taxi, I expect them to be there. That's what they're for. I will not deal with them again and do not recommend them. Taxi service in this town used to be great. Now it is just lousy. I don't know how they stay in business.Their website does not work. They do not reply to email. I guess they're close to going out of business.

dont advertise that you are open and available 24 hours a day when that is a lie. I just called to get a taxi and your voicemail says you are not taking calls. so i would fix your advertisement before you get sued for false advertising

Do not forget anything in this cab as you will never see it again.It is better & cheaper to use Uber..at least they have a lost item tool on their app. We only made a short trip of about 1 mile with this cab.

Certainly worthy of zero stars. Rude, Won't commit to a pickup time. Long Waits. Wait forever for them to pick up the phone. This is why uber exists. You would be better to crawl on your destination through broken glass than to use this company.I wouldn't waste the time on them to even write a review except they've managed to piss me off so much I can't NOT do it at this point.

This is the most deceitful cab company I've ever dealt with. They promised me a receipt for the insurance company, that was November 18th 2024 and I'm still waiting after 6 phone calls and lies uttered. Go woke......Go to He.ll....

They were late 3 times I booked three to four hours in advance and they were still late. Then they told me if I was to be at work at 9:00 book at 8:30 so I tried that I should be there at 8:30 and they still didn't get there till quarter till 9:00 so I was late to work 3 times

I made an online reservation thru the company website. I received a reservation number but a website error message showed at the bottom. I made repeated calls to confirm to the company phone number. CAB Arrived 30 minutes late. I had called the afternoon before to make arrangements for pick up. Missed the 45 minute window for check in for my flight out of ICT Wichita airport. Now have 2.5 hours for next flight out. Will be on standby status for second leg of flight to Portland OR.
