Bert's RV Park and Golf

This was by far one of the nicest stays we have in our travels! Don't let the short travel along a dirt road (which turns to pavement quickly) scare you off. Robert met us as we neared the entrance and guided us to a site. There are some shaded and partially shaded sites. Wi-fi is available and full hook-ups. Perfect for self-contained rigs. (there is no on-site bath house or restrooms) We were so impressed by the level of customer service Robert provided- even down to a great dinner recommendation (Woody's on Main st.).We had planned on staying 2 days so we could golf at his adjacent 9 hole course, which is immaculately maintained and just beautiful-Lots of trees and some water features. The course was perfect for me as a beginner golfer and yet challenged even my more advanced golfer husband.Robert offered to show us around what used to be his grandfathers homestead land which his brother and sister all have RV campgrounds on in the area. All 3 campgrounds are beautifully maintained and you would not go wrong with any of them. But Robert really added a touch of hospitality. We will definitely can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay. Nice spots. GREAT guy running it. Lots of trees planted for future years. Would absolutely recommend. Make sure to give a heads up so owner by phone so he can meet you there and help you get to a spot.

Nice place. Out of town but close to what I was going to do and Bert was very helpful. Hookups we're well maintained and it was a guilt location.

We were heading back from our trip and needed a place for the night , searched for a place and found Bert's rv , super friendly said to call when we were 10 minutes away and he would meet us at the entrance and took us to our spot . There is 30-50 amp full hook ups clean and level site quiet place . Thanks Bert we will definitely be back on our next trip in the neighborhood

What a wonderful place to camp. Very quiet, beautiful scenery with woods and cotton fields. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Great place to camp. Will stop again.
