Alexa was great!! I had her wax my sisters brows and she did a fabulous job with her first brow wax. Alexa also helped me decipher which color to tint my brow. Great experience!!!

Worst manicure I've ever had. Sweet girl, but I am less than pleased with the gel manicure and I'm stuck with it for a couple of weeks unless I totally want to destroy my nails. The polish is so thick and uneven in places. She also does hair so I guess they don't have full time nail techs. She really was a nice young lady so it's hard to complain, but the quality just isn't there. There was one helpful gentleman on the sales floor, but the rest of the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. I will buy make up here because it is convenient, but I wouldn't suggest using any of the services unless you know the person. Very disappointed.

Last Sunday I costed the salon in store number 472 in wichita, ks. I am disgusted with the way the employees treated me. I was treated horribly from the very beginning and it continued throughout all of the service. I called to schedule my appointment for a cut and color. I had very light blonde hair and wanted to change things up by adding dark hair color with blonde highlights. Since I knew this type of service might take some time and some work I wanted to make sure I explained exactly what I wanted over the phone. I wanted the stylist to know what they were getting in to. I didn't want them to rush or get frustrated when they realized the amount of work they would be doing. A woman named Lisa answered the phone when I called. She was very rude and very short with me on the phone. While explaining what I wanted done I was interrupted and cut off mid sentence. This happened several times. I continued to explain what I wanted and we moved on to choosing the appointment time. She was offering me several appointment times that fell within the times I told her I wasn't available. I let her know that I had been in before and worked with Ashley Tatman. Lisa continued to offer me appointments with her. Then told me Ashley had a 6pm appointment so I set the appointment with Ashley. I thought it was inappropriate for her to try to schedule me with her knowing that I was Ashley's client. After the phone call there was no way I was going to allow her to do my hair! Lisa acted like she didn't have time to listen and it became real apparent later on that she was not listening one bit. I understand that salons are busy but if the stylist is so busy they don't have time to listen to the customer calling then they should never answer the phone! I showed up for my appointment and when I walked up to the counter to check in Ashley was filing her nails. She didn't acknowledge me for a little bit. Then looks up and says give me just a minute. Having no other choice I waited. When she was done she asked if I was there for a cut. I said cut and color. She had no idea I was coming in to get my hair colored. Lisa had only put me down for a cut!!! I let Ashley know that I was treated rudely over the phone and that I made it very clear that I wanted color and cut. Ashley told me that I had spoke with Lisa and also told me that she is the salon manager. Ashley encouraged me to call and file a complaint against Lisa and added that "when Lisa is having a bad day we all have a bad day, when she's is a good mood we can all be in a good mood" this was totally unprofessional. Ashley said she would go ahead and do the color and cut even though the salon closed at 7pm that night. Since the store was open until 11pm she could stay and finish my hair. I thought that was above and beyond!! I really felt like she was taking care of me when the salon manager had treated me rudely and then messed up my appointment. Ashley colored my hair and cut my hair, we finished about 9-9:30pm. I told her it was not enough blonde, there wasn't wnough hair pulled through when she did the weave, I thought it looked like she pulled just a few strands. She told me that she would add more blonde and I told her it was late, asked if I could come back to have it fixed and she said yes. I paid, GAVE HER A TIP, and left the store. I called the next morning to schedule the appointment. I asked for the general manager and the woman that had answered the phone told me she was the general manager in training for the east wichita store and asked what she could help me with. I explained what had happened with the salon manager, Lisa. I told her that I also needed to schedule an appointment to come back in to fix my hair. She said she took my information and I would receive a phone call back. I waited an hour and nobody called back. I called again because I needed to schedule my appointment. I was scheduled for 4pm that same day. Never heard back from the general manager regarding my complaint against the salon manager Lisa. When I sat down in the chair Ashley said if she adds more blonde I will need to pay $58 more dollars. I told her that was not what she and I talked about the night before. I reminded her that she told me she would add more blonde. We went back and forth for 15 minutes. She said that I paid for 10 or less foils and if she added more color today I would have to pay for more foils. I told her that I didn't like how thin she pulled those 10 foils an she still refused to fix my hair unless I paid more money. I wasn't asking for free service I was asking for what she told me I was going to get. If I only paid for 10 or less foils that's fine, give me those foils! Instead she pulled just a few strands of hair in the front and in the back there were two foils that were pulled
