Bella Italia Ristorante

Mary and I stopped in for dinner. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated, the tasty wine came right out, followed by delicious bread. Mary had the Chicken ravioli and I had shrimp Alfredo; both delicious.

The warm bread prior with the basil or fennel or whatever and olive oil is delicious!The meatballs and spaghetti great, I took pics of the atmosphere as well as the dishes we ordered! Was hoping Matt Dillon would show up or perhaps Festus!!

The parking lot is torn up, but the restaurant is still open!!! We are so glad we found this place today. We wanted something besides diners and steaks. The bread sticks were hot, soft, and perfectly seasoned. The grilled chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, and the fresh vegetables weren't soggy. The ravioli with meatballs and pink sauce was a favorite at the table, and the sauce was perfect with the breadstick. The eggplant had a perfect amount of cheese and sauce, and flavors were well balanced. The food was cooked with love, and their presentations were a delight to the eye. They took pride in what they served. We were greeted warmly, and service was excellent. We loved the decor. It was inviting and although there was a lot to take in, it didn't feel busy. This would be a great place for lunch, dinner with friends, or a date night.My only wish... I wish they weren't 16 hours from my house.

This is a very mixed review.Pros ... 1. Small place. Good place for a quiet meal.2. The service was excellent.3. My son loved the spaghetti with meatballs. The sauce was very robust.Cons ...1. The bread was pizza dough covered in butter and parmesan. It was still doughy.2. The limoncello pasta with chicken was not good. All lemon .. no herbs to taste. The chicken was rubber like a Sysco chicken. The plate was scattered and not presented well. They put limes on the side? Very confusing dish.

Bella Italia is nestled in a perfect location within walking distance of the Boot Hill Museum and is the perfect place for lunch or an intimate dinner. The dining area was well kept, the service was amazing, and the food was phenomenal! Prices are that of what would be expected of a reasonable Italian restaurant and the portion sizes were just right. If you are in the area and craving a great Italian dinner, Bella Italia should be your pick!

Hidden gem in Dodge City. Was definitely not expecting such a great meal but as you can see my husband and I devoured our food. Yes there is construction in front of the building and yes the decor could be updated BUT if the food is this good I wouldn't care if they served it out of a food truck or a basement. The food was served quickly and the portions were generous. The flavors were great, the seasonings were not overpowering, and the sauce consistency was perfect. The meatballs and sausage were tender, moist, and flavorful. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.

When I came here, the entire area fronting the main area was in complete demo mode. The restaurant decoration is a cross between Italian and old western. I think it needs an upgrade. However, the food is pretty damn good. Had the calamari pesto...in the Midwest. It was good. Waitress was pretty and very good. Recommend this place if you want Italian in Dodge City.

Very good food. Very accommodating service for vegetarians and reasonable prices. Get the mona Lisa! It has a nice kick. My husband enjoyed the ravioli with mushroom sauce.

We almost didn't come here based on negative reviews. I am glad we did! The food was great and very reasonably priced, the service was excellent. I had the bolognese and my husband had the frutti de mare. Perfect size portions. If we ever pass thru here again, we would definitely come back here.

the food is subpar and I've seen a couple cockroaches while walking to the restaurant I will never eat there again!
