Bella Chic Nail Salon & Spa

Service was extremely slow and my nails still came out unevenly shaped. Won't be back.Oh & the pedicure chair didn't massage either.

I have been getting my nails, pedicures, waxing since moving to Kansas 3 years ago. The staff have always been very welcoming. Love Bella Chic. Very professional, warm environment. I never leave disappointed!

It's alright. For the quality of work, price and products used, you can get better service somewhere else. I came in for a fill, the salon was nearly empty. The woman who ended up doing my nails seemed upset that I had come in. This was the fastest fill I've ever gotten. While the time saved was nice, I'm somewhat concerned that she rushed so quickly through my service (and didn't even finish, someone else did that) that her work suffered. For as many salons that are out there, I'll keep moving. I wasn't impressed. Maybe this just wasn't their day?

I purchased two Groupons for deep tissue massages. My husband left several messages, emailed twice and even went into the salon to schedule a massage with no response or luck getting someone to help schedule. The ladies in the salon handed him a business card and sent him on his way. Thankfully Groupon refunded the money but I would not recommend going there for a massage... Well I guess you can't since the lady doesn't get back to you!

Atmosphere kind of strange but I got my lips/eyebrows done here and they did a great job! The woman who did them was very sweet & listened to my PICKY instructions about not making my eyebrows too thin. They look great & my skin didn't have a negative reaction. Also was only 17$ for both which I think is a deal. Definitely reccomend!

poor customer service. texting while working with you. the shellac is a waste of money. the girls don't paint all the way back to your cuticle area, so in two days your nails are grown out enough to need another manicure. my pedicure looks like my 10 year old cousin painted it. will not return.

Had an appointment set and no one was there or even opened. No call was made to cancel the app on time to for us. Not a good experience.

Love this place! I've been coming since they opened. They do a great job and the ladies are very friendly. I love being able to get everything done in one place. I get my hair, nails, and eyebrows done here. As always, I leave extremely happy with my results. I moved here from California and had trouble finding a great place, until I walked into Bella Chic. Loved the place, loved the service, and the prices were decent. So, I came back and will keep going back.
