Bell Camper Sales

I bought a 2019 KZ Connect from Bell Campers. My sales person, Blake, has been amazing. He made sure I got everything I asked and came out personally when I told him the RV wasn't sitting level. (I had it delivered and set up on my property). The service I received has been excellent. If anything changes, I will update my post but for now I am very happy.

We bought a Durango Gold brand new in 2019. It's a 2020 model. Since we bought it we have had it in Bells Campers shop at least 10 times not countI guess the out of state maintenance by a KZ dealer. Every time they say items have been fixed. we get home with the 5th wheel the problems still aren't fixed!!! This has happened so many times. I will not buy from them again!

I bought a camper from them it was supposed to be brand new. The first time I used it I couldn't even get the slide out full extended. I had some help from my neighbor to pull it out. I finally took it in to get fixed and they didn't fix it but what they did was almost KILL ME!!! they disconnected the gas stove and never reconnected it. The first night I used it the alarm went off but I was paralyzed to move in my sleep from the fumes. My mind had to fight my body to get up, eventually I was able to move my arms and legs to pull myself out of bed. My son almost lost his father, my wife almost lost her husband. What did they do to make it right?!?!?!? They agreed to pay someone to fix it. I am paying them every month to have that service anyway. My F$&@king slide out still doesn't work correctly. My refrigerator is in crooked, my stove is missing screws, and I am missing weather strips around the slide-out. The guy that fixed my camper said if they were located in Oregon he would have to turn them over to the Fire Marshall. Here I am just thankful that my gas is fixed and I don't accidentally blow up or asphyxiate in my sleep. Every day something else breaks and I am scared shitless to have them do anything because I don't want to DIE!!!! I fix it myself now because I can't trust anyone anymore. They should have said here you go sir, a brand new state of the art trailer fully paid off because we are sorry for almost taking your life. You know how much they cared it cost 150 bucks to have someone fix my gas leak they caused, that's how much my life is worth to them.

If you do not have a local phone number don't buy from here. Poor communication with no follow up. Their excuse is that our phone number they cannot call us because we have a long distance number.
