I always have an incredible experience when I indulge in my spa sessions at beauty dot, however, my most recent visit with a Cissi was one for the books. She took care of my specific needs with recommendations for my facial treatment, added tips for what I can do at home, recommended in house products, and pampered me throughout the session. I left feeling more than rejuvenated and my skin looks amazing!

Holy Facial!! By far the best facial I have had in years! Sasha was informative and great at making the entire experience relaxing. They don't have a "relaxation room" before your appointment but the time spent with the esthetician never felt rushed and I felt completely pampered! The prices aren't expensive either. She suggested once a month but I don't know if I can wait that long!

The aestheticians at BeautyDot are amazing. They are very talented, Knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say enough about them! However I question the professionalism and integrity of management. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday which I am unable to use. I have reached out to BeautyDot through phone calls, and multiple email addresses over the course of six weeks. I have never received a response.

I LOVE this place!! It got an IPL treatment with Stephanie, and she did an amazing job! Then I got my brows microbladed by Abby and they are just so awesome! I can't say enough good thing. Plus the office is very clean, organized and very pretty. And nice place to be and I'll be back.
