We needed our carpet cleaned and pet treatment for our carpet. My sister contacted be amazed and they responded quickly and in a timely manner. They were so nice and answered all our questions. They were able to schedule a time to come out. We got our guest bedroom, master bedroom, and hallway carpet cleaned. They explained the process and told us how long it would take. They did a great job. The carpet looks so much better and smells better. They even gave us a cleaning solutions to use when the carpet gets dirty again. I will definitely call them again in the future. Thank you so much!

Wonderful family owned business. We bought a house with nasty carpet we had to live with. They cleaned it and made it look better than I ever thought it could look. They clean area rugs and are reasonable priced.

After our tenants moved out and we prepared our home to list Denise and her crew were fast to respond to our after hours call and came out the next day for an estimate. Due to a reschedule they were able to do our carpet repair the very next day. Be Amazed technicians where right on time, courteous and professional. They took all precautions to protect our property, and effectively completed the job in less than half a hour as promised. Bottom line, they had the right equipment and expertise to professionally complete the job in minimum time at a great price.

Would be no stars if possible. Damaged my property, lied about it, never discussed issue directly with me, and charged my credit card for full amount for cleaning. When I complained accused me of harassment. I have never worked with a worse, more unprofessional company.
